It's all fun and games during magic practice until somepony sneezes during a teleportation spell and sends you Celestia-knows-where, isn't it? Next thing you know, you're in a land of bizarre creatures you've never seen before, and even after one tries to eat you, you have to befriend them to find a way home. Don't you just hate it when that happens?

[Touhou Project crossover]

The Hakurei Shrine has disappeared. A strange thicket has taken its place, filled with an unnatural magic that is spreading rapidly and bent on disrupting the stability of Gensokyo. With the shrine maiden nowhere to be seen, it's up to ordinary magician Marisa Kirisame to bring back the shrine and its caretaker before it's too late.

Meanwhile in the town of Ponyville, a mysterious shrine has appeared in the Everfree Forest, fiercely protected by an equally mysterious mare. With the rest of Ponyville still shaken by the latest disaster, it's up to aspiring musician Lyra Heartstrings to discover the truth about the shrine and the mysteries within.

I go to Anime Con with three friends and then I turn into my Touhou OC, and end up in Ponyville.

After a not so botched but still not fully thought out summoning, two similarly red hearts are pulled into a whole new world from their own and in whole new bodies. Seriously, no con this time around!

Surprisingly, no ones going to die this time around too!

And neither of them want to go back home either!

Being the only Yama in charge of Gensokyo for thousands of years, Eiki Shiki has every right to take a day or two off. In fact, that sounds like a fantastic idea. It would certainly give her the time to find new people to lecture... The only problem is who would take her place, performing a thankless and extremely stressful job. There's only one person, or pony, that Eiki can think of who is suited for the job.
