Hiatus Update · 4:13pm May 6th
First and foremost, I want to call to attention my last post, that being that we were being evicted from our current property. We were informed at the end of March that we had to be out by the end of May.
Well, after quite a few rejections, we finally found a place. We have to move to a new town, but it's, like, twenty minutes away. We sign the paperwork on Thursday and we can start moving all of our stuff over after that. Very excited, because that's excellent news.
Now, with that in mind, I'm going to start my actual hiatus today. I've continued to write through the search, and even stored up a few extra chapters. The best part about that is, if you're still reading my current story, Confined With a Goddess, you're in luck. I finished writing it a few days ago, it just has to be edited and published. I was already starting work on my next story, but since there's not enough there to satisfy my personal requirements for submission, it's just going to rest, unpublished, until I can come back to writing. Worst case scenario, I'll be back by July. Well, actually, worst case scenario, someone drops a couch on me and I lose my fingers and can't write anymore, but let's be reasonable.
We're going to spend the next few days breaking everything down and packing it up. Then we'll spend a few days moving everything over. then a few days unpacking. What bars June from this is that my mom's moving down here after May, because that's when her husband retires, and good chance I'll be helping with the process of moving her.
Anyway, I'll continue to edit and publish, and I'll even finish my current publication without issue. My next publication's just going to be a bit late, is all.
