Tape Deck's Mixtape: Track 50 (Yes #6) · 3:13pm Sunday

Now this one, I would not be surprised if you, the listener, choose to pass over.

This is a single song that is a full 20 minutes long.

From an album that only has a single song per side of vinyl, across two records.

(I will not spend the next four days on this album, you have my word.)

"The Revealing Science of God (Dance of the Dawn)" by Yes from the 1973 album Tales From Topographic Oceans.

Personell: New drummer is Alan White, (Bill Buford quit before the tour supporting Close to the Edge.)

Jon Anderson – lead vocals, percussion
Steve Howe – guitars, electric sitar, lute, backing vocals
Chris Squire – bass guitar, backing vocals
Rick Wakeman – keyboards
Alan White – drums, percussion

Definitely another long Yes prog rock song, this one . I think the neat scenery/space pictures go well with the song. I liked the early synthesizers in the song as well. I listened to a good chunk of it. :pinkiehappy:

It is crazy (in a good way) how some of the prog rock bands of this time had 20 minute long songs haha.

Yeah, this album's an experience to listen to, being 80 minutes long and all.

Though I've yet to listen to it all in one sitting.
