On this day, my life is going to make a drastic change.
Coincidentally, it is the day BroNYcon begins.
Authors, bronies, friends,
On this day, I shall report to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO to begin the next phase of my life as a cadet in the Air Force. For me, this is my dream shot. To be a pilot for the Air Force has been my dream for over 12 years, ever since my father came back from Kosovo. On this day, I will have to put aside my proof-reading hobby to make way for my new life. My free time will drop to zero and I will have to shift my remaining energy to not going crazy. I will not, however, disappear completely. I happen to know the service academies are slowly starting to accept this sub-culture, which is more than I can say for my current house, so I can only go up from here. It has been an honor to work under such great authors as a proof-reader and friend. I'll still be here until then, but consider this my resignation warning. It's been a good run.

Good lord that's weird. I'm going into the Air Force myself, intelligence my most likely field, I could never make it as a pilot since I wear glasses.
I've already completed the MEPS a few weeks ago and still waiting on an available job and a ship date for basic. Still, kind of weird. Guess I better get to work on finishing up the story huh?
