I think that Big Hero 6 is probably great, but I won't be able to see it until it goes out on DVD, because my family's like that.

Still, though, Markiplier advertised it, so of course it's better!

2600919 I didn't see Frozen until it was out on disc, and I had NO idea what caused the hype.

2600923 I think part of the hype comes from the rumor that circulated after "Tangled" that Disney was going to quit making princess films, so no one was expecting to see another one in just 3 years, let alone one that featured a queen as one of the good guys.

Trust me, "Frozen" really took me by surprise when I finally got to see it. When it first came out I had heard nothing about it, and even when given the option of seeing it as opposed to seeing "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" again, I saw "Catching Fire" again.

I don't know if I just never saw any promotions or trailers for it, or if the advertising just didn't do a good job of convincing me to see it until 2014.

Big Hero 6 was kind of boring really, especially in the middle. Overall it was decent, though. It had some awesomeness in parts.

Frozen was a lot better. It was fun all the way through.

From an animation standpoint, yes, Big Hero 6 is better. I still think that Frozen was better story-wise. While they both have their share of plot-holes, Big Hero 6 has more.

I haven't seen Big Hero 6, but I'm willing to admit that Frozen is probably not going to the peaking point in Disney films, so Big Hero 6 being better than it is a total possibility. Besides, it's just a matter of opinion, and while I do like Frozen, I do understand how hyped up and big it was due to the oblivious fanbase claiming all the old Disney tropes as something to be done for the first time.
