Progress Report III · 8:55pm Jun 27th, 2015
I've been working on Chapter 32 of Shining Dash, it's just that there's a lot of ground I'm trying to cover before getting to the end of it.
At the same time, I keep second guessing myself because I'm worried about how long this chapter is going to be, because I feel like people who read it are getting bored or annoyed at how long it is, so I'm now trying to focus on getting everything wrapped up as quickly as possible.
I'm also trying to avoid the pitfall of purple prose by keeping things as simplistic as I possibly can, while also trying to keep it balanced by not having the text being overly simplistic and boring.
There's still at least two more chapters after this one and then some kind of epilogue.
Of course, there's also This Night Aria-which I also need to finish once I figure out what I'm actually doing in that story, since I've just been writing aimlessly after expanding it from a one-shot due to peer pressure.
(Thought to be honest, I almost never know what the hell I'm doing-so I might just be able to get it back on track.)
