Returning from a diplomatic summit, Princess Rarity's party is attacked by bandits. Upon returning home, she demands why her bodyguard Twilight had seen fit to shove her into the river during the fight.

When she learns why, she is taken aback, learning for the first time the role that Twilight had undertaken.

Rarity and Twilight have been dating happily for a few months. At every given opportunity, Rarity takes the chance to tell their love story. It doesn't matter if anypony actually wants to listen or how many times they may have heard it already, she's going to tell them anyway. She cannot be stopped, such is the power of love.

Made after I found out about Raritwi Bomb Week. I thought it was a cute little idea! I encourage everyone to write for it too!

Since her return and rescue, Princess Luna has been looking for some way to properly honor the six mares who saved her from herself, but nothing she has been able to think of has seemed meaningful enough to repay her saviors.

Nothing, at least, until she spends Nightmare Night in Ponyville, and gets to actually know the six ponies to whom she owes such a great debt. She realizes she enjoys their company, and wishes for them to spend more time with her, that she might grow closer to them.

So, in accordance with many fine and ancient traditions, and after thinking it over for a good...couple of hours, easy, she proclaims that she shall marry all six of them. Oh, and that Twilight will be marrying Celestia, too.

Now would be the appropriate time for everypony to panic.

Twilight Sparkle has been trying to understand what it really means to be a Princess of Magic.
Discontent with the ambiguity of her destiny, she receives an uninvited visit from her elder alicorn peers: Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadance.
It seems they have sensed their youngest sister's frustration and uncertainty, hoping to help her finally figure out what's really upsetting her.

Rarity had always known she would have an arranged marriage—such was the life of a princess, after all. She just hadn't expected her wife to be a sphinx or that she would actively avoid her, and not just because she loves books.

Commission for the lovely Earthsong9405 set in one of her AUs where Rarity is in an arranged marriage to Princess Twilight Sparkle, a sphinx Princess from Saddle Arabia.

Celestia, though she has long sought an apprentice for herself, has never once found one she felt required her personal guidance. Disappointed, the Princess decides to go to the Canterlot Library to visit an old friend. And it is here that, for the first time, she comes upon a mare with a very noticeable love of magic.
