Rarity discovers a vague note from her younger sister, presumably confirming her worst fears. With Sweetie Belle facing the worst grounding she's ever seen in her life, Rarity sets out to get some answers.

Six years after getting her big break, Sweetie Belle is back in Ponyville filming for a new documentary about her life. She's a famous singer now, selling out concert halls and producing top 40 hits all across Equestria. Now, she's collecting interviews from all the ponies that played a major part in her life story as she grew up. However, there's one pony who she wants to interview more than any other: Button Mash. In addition to being six years since she got her start, it's also been six years since he broke up with her.

Despite keeping in touch with letters over the years, Sweetie had never brought up the topic of the breakup since it happened, yet she wasn't satisfied with the reason he gave. Deep in the back of her mind, she couldn't help but think that it was somehow her fault. Now though, she had the chance she wanted to get the answers she sought. The only questions left to be answered are will she be able to handle the truth, and what will revealing the biggest secret he's kept the last six years do to Button?

No matter what happens, both their lives will never be the same.

Rarity invites Applejack and Twilight over to help her taste a new case of wine from Canterlot.

My Little Ponies are, well, little. And alcohol works fast on them.

While expecting her first foal, Rarity finds her relationship with Big Mac tested.

After a devastating fire, Rarity and Sweetie Belle move in with the Apple family, where Rarity gets to know Big Macintosh better.

This 'Earth' is so close, and yet so far from anything Twilight described on the other side of that mirror. How is Rarity going to get back to her home when she can't understand anyponybody? And didn't Twilight say she became human, and humans didn't use magic? Yet clearly some did... and that wasn't even counting all the devices that might as well have been magical, as far as Rarity was concerned.

Who knew one strange little gem could cause so many problems? They'd taken it from her after it'd brought her straight into a lab for study, but... If she ever found it again, she was definitely going to let Spike eat it. As soon as she got home. And by Celestia, she was going to get home!

...Will Rarity ever find her way home? Is the gem that brought her to Earth the key, and is there more to the factions maneuvering around her appearance?

To complicate matters, this is an Earth recovering from its first alien invasion (Rarity being technically the second, then). ...Or does that actually explain things? No, no it doesn't. But it will.

To go with the Teen rating (or rather to explain it) there is light profanity and violence. I don't believe either are at a level where the warning tags are needed, but I'll mention it at least.
There may be some darker, more explicit moments in flashbacks, but I'll save those for Interludes.

This story takes place during Season 4 before Episode 8.

A famous fashion designer takes an interest in Rarity’s work and she ends up paying a very high price for his patronage.

How can she keep up the high workload he demands with a foal on the way and how will she manage once it arrives?

This can be read as a stand-alone story or continued to its sequel A Dish Best Served Cold

Wonderbolts Have a show soon in ponyville but the streak twins want to have some good time with their best friend Soarin. At the same time Rarity, Applejack and Rainbow Dash are planning to have a girls night out. Will the to partys meet and how will the show end up. A girl with indigo hair landed in my shower in a flash of light, can use magic and claims that she is, or was, a pony...and says I'm the crazy one. I promise, I'm not. Though her elitist little mannerisms might just drive me to kill her, we'll see if we can get her back to her home before that happens.
