The Everfree forest.

It is a blemish upon the beautiful face that is Equestria. They say that it is a land shrouded in chaos, where the plants, the weather, and the denizens of the forest themselves all act on their own accord. It is commonly regarded as a place of evil, for the natural laws of Equestria do not apply to it.

While most tend to steer clear of the accursed forest, one too many accidents within it have prompt the need to finally remove the Everfree once and for all. The princesses, in response to the request of ponies as well as their own opinions, have opted to have every inch of the Everfree cut down for the creation of a new settlement on the grounds of environmental preservation and research.

It has been three months since a logging crew had been dispatched to deal with the problem. Most of the team never returned to report their progress, and those who have were forever haunted by what they had experience...

After a rather painful wake up, Jackson Hail finds himself in a rather scaly skin. Just what is he? How did this happen? Where is he? What's with the quivering yellow horse thingy? You already know this answers, but let's come along with Jack as he finds out.

(Your standard Human in Equestria story, with some not so standard elements I hope. I came up with the idea after I saw that almost nobody thought of this. Please note that this is my first fan fiction, so, you know, the usual dribble. Also note that I have no idea as to what categories this falls into quite yet, so I'll be modifying as I go along. Critique is encouraged. And thanks for your time!)

I was a college student who had a plan for my life, 2 weeks from graduation, a good job lined up, good friends, and I find myself swept away to a land called Equestria. I didn't arrive voluntarily or even as a human, pony, diamond dog, griffin, dragon, or any other natural citizen of the equestrian world. I got to experience it all as an individual that is truly one of a kind.

Unicron begins to awaken, threatening Cybertron and everything on it. The Autobots and Starscream recognize the threat, but Galvatron refuses to see it as anything but an Autobot trick to get the Decepticons to lower their defenses. When talking Galvatron into admitting the threat fails, Starscream sacrifices himself to unite the two warring factions.

But instead of death, Starscream is gifted with continued life in a new land with its own conflicts.

Follows Unicron Trilogy (only the cartoons themselves, so no comics) canon as closely as possible, with small interjections of headcanon and other made up things to fill in the plot holes and lack of backstory in the actual cartoon.

Midnight is a dark-fearing soldier in Princess Celestia's Royal Guard. But all of that will soon change when his entire troop has a dream about Princess Luna telling them that Celestia had sent them on a false mission and left them out in the Everfree Forest. They then become nocturnal, sleeping during the day, training during the night. Sadly, Midnight is still afraid of the dark. The only thing that could be worse than being a nocturnal nyctophobic is to expect a coming battle with a powerful opponent, which is exactly what happens. This story is based off of Slyphstorm's song "Soldiers of the Night."

A human is transformed into Magolor Soul when he puts on the Master Crown. But when the Elements of Harmony are used on him he is reduced to a shadow of his former self. However, that won't stop him from seeking revenge!

Will he restore his power and strike down Celestia and Luna or will the element of kindness cause a change of heart? Better question, can everyone even survive the madness that seems to follow him and the Mane Six?

There once was a time, long before the ponies came together to build their great nation, when spirits and fae creatures roamed the land. A man, little more than a boy, was brought into the land as a sylvan, a soul locked into a tree. He has a tale that the Sisters do not want their subjects to know. Thus they ensnared him, tricked him, and wounded him greatly as to keep the then ancient beast silent. But little did they know that no one can silence great forest he called his home, his kingdom

Yeah, jumping on this bandwagon with the LoHAV gang. Seems that I can't seem to get away from the wood motif. This was initially inspired by Headless, Not Heartless and various others, but only now do I actually get to it.

Queen Chrysalis has just been blasted away with the shield that Shining Armor and Princes Cadence created to send all of the changelings out of Equestria, Chrysalis and her changelings find out that not only are they out of Equestria, but their also in a whole new world. But when a mad man named Fawful mind controls all of her changelings, she has to team up with some rather unlikely allies, to save her changelings.

Takes place during the beginning of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
Not all of the story's events will happen the same way has the game haves it, also expect the addition of other Mario characters.

The story is now being continued under a new author, XLR8 Fox

Twilight Sparkle has been betrayed by Celestia, all her friends brutally killed in front of her eyes after the young unicorn woke up one morning with wings. Celestia had realized that Twilight had been chosen by the Elements of Harmony to replace Luna and herself as the leading force of Equestria, and correctly surmised that the other Elements would have followed shortly after and become a united force the current princesses couldn’t hope to defeat if they chose to contest their position for the throne. Even though Twilight doesn't want to acknowledge her destiny as Equestria's next chosen ruler, the new alicorn cannot let the tyrants she has now seen Celestia and Luna really are remain in power.
Armed with only the Elements of Harmony and her burning rage, Twilight sets out to avenge her friends and free Equestria from Celestia and Luna's tyranny.
The fate of Equestria, as well as the balance of this entire universe, hinges on Twilight's success.
