In her quest for answers, Starlight uses reflection magic to interrogate a shade of Cozy, a reflection, but finds that even as a mere memory, Cozy wields more power over Starlight than she had anticipated.

An Alternate Season 9 Epilogue

In future Equestria, justice has evolved since the time of the Royal Sisters and the Elements of Harmony. Interpretations of the law and customs have changed. Cozy Glow personally experiences one of these new customs.
