The First Contact War. It was a war that would change the fate of Equestria.

Equestria and the Gryphon Empire have fought for many decades, both sides suffering heavy losses. But the tide has turned in favor for Celestia and her allies and seek as end to this war. After pushing back against the Gryphons they fall upon the last bastion of the Gryphons, the capital Prance, where much death has gripped this once beautiful city. As the Equestrian Army and its allies recovered what was left from the city, they now looked to finish claiming the rest of the land, and find those responsible for such slaughter.

For one Equestrian royal guard, by the name of Quicksilver, he sees the truth behind the massacre oF Prancy. For he lies as their captive and sees the real evil among the ranks of the griffons.

This, is his story...

This story is rated PG-13. For some language and violence.

Old cover art has been moved to the prologue chapter. The new cover art has been made by the ever talented DragonFoxgirl. Do go check her out. She is extremely talented and I can't thank her enough for this art piece!

This is a direct Squeal to brothers. It is recommend reading that story first to get details on some of the characters that will be involved with this story.

I like to thank my editor, FDA_Approved, who diligently worked with me throughout the process. Without his help this story would not have come to fruition. Also, another editor has come in as well, getting the details and small nicks that were missed. His name is Libertydude, he is great so do check him out.

When ponies look up at night and gaze upon the stars, they can't help but feel wonder and awe. When Princess Celestia looks up at night, she feels admiration for her sister and her abilities. When Princess Luna looks up at night, she feels pride for her stars– and fear for those that aren't hers. The distant stars of the black cosmos are home to mostly nothing; no flora or fauna, just dust, ice, and gas.

But between these empty planetoids flies a ship. Small, nimble, and on a mission. It jumps from planet to planet, scavenging resources to replenish its fuel and move on, desperately escaping from its enemies. Its pilot has acquired a relic from one of the First Civilizations, and it is his job to deliver it to the other side of the Galaxy Cluster to be studied and understood. If only he weren't running low on fuel, food, and rest. He needs an exoplanet, even a small one, with just a limited amount of life. Just something with water.

His ship just found something better.

Earth, the birthplace of humankind, is dying.

Full-scale nuclear war has ravaged its surface, killing billions in the process, leaving Earth a glowing radioactive wasteland.

Years before the war, colonization of Earth's natural satellite, Luna. Was well underway to the point that dozens of domes dotted the lunar surface. When the war started, colonization funding was greatly reduced, bringing the effort to a halt.

Now, years after the war, the colonies find themselves with two options.

Die from starvation, or try to find a new home.

They chose the latter.

Old cargoships, once used to transfer supplies, were hastily retrofitted to the best of their abilities and outfitted with experimental warp drives salvaged from testing stations scattered around Earths orbit.

Three ships, the ULC Coral, the ULC Nightmare, and the ULC Amber in Arms were outfitted with these experimental warp drives and sent filled to the brim with everything needed to start over.

Humanity reaches out in need of a home, but what they find turns out to be a little too much for what they bargained for.

Story on hiatus until further notice, focusing on my other story for now.

Daniel Kroger is a Marine who likes military history, even if he found his interest by accident. He wakes up in a M4A3E8 Sherman in a forest, he struggles to understand how he got there. He hides from the local residents and protects them from harm when they enter his forest. They call him 'The Guardian'. What happens when he comes out?

Teen for gore and language.

Contains a misleading title, an author who has no schedule for releases, anthro ponies, horrid grammar at the start, wonky things mentioned once and never again, an author who probably shouldn't be writing in the first place.

When did I get featured?

A United States Air Force AC-130 is transported to Equestria while in transit through the Bermuda Triangle. Insanity aside, this motley crew of aviators must juggle their duties while treading the uncertain waters of diplomacy.

Disclaimer: I've decided to write this in an attempt to get a more realistic view of what military in Equestria would act like, rather then the dark brooding kill happy stuff I've read. So with that being said, these guys will act more like diplomats. So there won't be much gore, and they certainly won't be going on a killing spree. (Obviously, as fiction the term realistic is applied loosely. My main goal is a realistic characterization of one specific community within the military. Just keep an open mind about how sub-cultures can exist within an entity as large as the U.S. military and you'll be fine.) Also rated teen for obvious reasons, morbid humor, light swearing, and background stories.

Long after the Event that transformed all of humanity into ponies, griffins, or other fanciful creatures, and sent most hurtling forward in time, many were still randomly popping out of the timestream. This was a real problem when it came to a whole airplane full of passengers arriving in mid air, and the pilots could no longer control their vessel. Who do you call in this situation? The Aeronautical Returnee Rescue Response Squad!

This is an episodic story which is a side-fic based in the "Ponies after People" universe from Starscribe's story - "The Last Pony on Earth".

Letters. Everyone writes them, and they're not just for ponies. Be they carriers of serious news, friendly correspondence between pen pals, or declarations of heart and heartbreak, each one is written with a clear purpose or goal in mind.

Celestia uses them to try and keep her faithful student and friends in line, and try to keep an unbalanced world on the straight and narrow.

This is much harder than it sounds.

It has been one year since the invasion of Avol failed and the subsequent surrender of the dratali. Since then, the galaxy has seen peace like that which many had never seen. The races of Avol have been in negotiation with the races of the Alliance of Sapient Races. Now, Twilight Sparkle, her friends, and a few others are leaving their homeworld. While the others leave to forge a path in the stars for their fellow pony, Twilight returns to Earth with her boyfriend, Curt, to begin a project of her own; a guide to help ponies better adapt to very different culture.

Not long after their arrival on Earth, though, her plans take a dramatic turn. Between Curt's proposal to the discovery that humans have been developing magical abilities, the nightmare pony has her hooves full. No matter what, though, she was determined to come out on top, publish her book, teach a new race magic, marry the man of her dreams, and prove that even a nightmare's dreams can come true.
