It is just a normal school day, and Twilight is just a little early as always; but today something is going to show her that friends come in all shapes and sizes—sometimes even in mud! Taking the tiny, pony-like creature home, she is shocked when it wants to get a whole lot closer to her than any other friend.

Equestria is still recovering from the effects of Discord's tainted tea. The air of calm determination from the princesses has prevented chaos in their panicky pony population. Now is the time to move forward and adapt to these changes, either one's own or those of family, friends and neighbors.

Mostly a bunch of small ideas packed together. Don't expect a solid and compelling storyline.
It's not necessary but helps if you read 'And Thus, I Became the Tatzlprincess' or at least know what a tatzlpony is.

If there's one thing Twilight Sparkle knows, it's friendship. As the Princess of Friendship it's technically her job description. However her latest friendship task presents a real challenge, when a group of quirky Bat Ponies trying to fit in with normal Pony society show up at her door. Luckily she has her friends and several sleepover guide books at her disposal.

Maxilla is an exiled changeling who resides in Baltimare and writes stories for a living. Life’s pretty normal and pony-like for her, until she’s visited by a very unusual fan who just won’t leave her alone.

The changelings are content with their recent change, but they're all still working to adjust to the full scope of these changes.

Thorax, however, finds there was one personal change he's somehow overlooked.

Rated Teen for implied subject material...but I was able to avoid discussing it directly so much so that it's probably overkill on my part.

Pumpkin Munch the bat pony finds a baby on her doorstep one day, and she can’t wait to show everypony in Ponyville. Nopony can resist a cute little baby, after all. And it’s not just any baby, either; it’s a changeling baby! A rare subcategory of baby, indeed. That’ll get everypony talking.

Queen Chrysalis. She is evil, cruel, manipulative and downright mean. So there's no way anypony could love her for just being herself. However, the captured Mane 6 would soon learn that there is a special somepony for anypony.

Once a year, the Night Guards of Canterlot receive a very important shipment, much to the distress of their peers. Flash Sentry has no idea what the fuss is all about.

Tirek does not get Discord's magic. Unexpectedly, neither does Discord. Instead, it heads off to a new host, one currently lacking her usual magic and in dire need of some. Why her? Who knows! Discord doesn't, but that doesn't mean he doesn't like what he sees.

Celestia is now Equestria's local reality warping creature of Chaos. And she's rather good at it. Thankfully, she's still the Celestia they all know and love. So, as long as her friends and family give her a little nudge whenever she gets a little too crazy, things should work out fine. Right?

Why did Chrysalis invade Canterlot? To feed her changelings. After the invasion failed no one trusts changelings being within a hundred yards of them and everyone is on the watch for infiltrators. With a hive full of hungry minions what does a being who feeds on love do? She approaches the Princess of Love, and asks to help restore lost love amongst ponies. In exchange for a little quid pro quo of course.

But as bold as the Changeling Queen is, she would never have predicted who would come through her door looking for help.
