Meet Maud.

Maud isn't your typical Canterlot High student. She often eats lunch by herself, never has sleepovers with anyone and seems to spend most of her time with her pet rock she named Boulder.

Her sister, Pinkie Pie, reckons that needs to change. And she'll try her hardest to get Maud some friends that are elementary, not sedimentary. After all, how can Maud ever know the joys and benefits of having friends if she doesn't have any?

Rainbow Dash loses her temper and yells at Pinkie Pie, driving the talkative party pony to make a drastic promise. Now, it falls to Rainbow Dash to fix the mess she's made, lest Pinkie lose a vital part of herself forever...

Princess Celestia and Princess Luna just want to have a day off. So they sneak out of the palace for the simple pleasure of just having a day of fun. However, somepony is out to catch them slacking from their responsibilities. Will Celestia and Luna's day of fun be cut short?

Edit: The story is currently cancelled due to inactivity after a few years. However, I'm currently contemplating rebooting the story at some point, so any comments and suggestions on what you like/dislike would be appreciated.

It's been several months since the Alicorn Amulet incident, and much has changed for the Great and Powerful Trixie. Her reputation damaged once again, she continues on with her magic act, determined to try and turn over a new leaf. With Twilight Sparkle now an alicorn princess, however, Trixie finds herself plagued with nightmares and a renewed sense of jealousy. Sympathetic to the mare's feelings, which mirror ones she once held long ago, Princess Luna decides to intervene.

Seeing how ungrateful Spitfire and Fleetfoot were, how they ditched Soarin', Rainbow Dash is frustrated. If being a Wonderbolt was being like them... she didn't want to be a Wonderbolt.
She decides to create her own flight team, and maybe compete with them.
With the help of many of her friends, maybe their team will get on top. Being friends is a lot better than being a Wonderbolt.

Under cover of night, Inkie and Blinkie confront a trespasser. He sways their hearts and minds with promises of adventure and discovery, and with his help, they break open a sealed passage into the heart of the rock farm. Tracing the glowing ore veins deeper into the darkness, they plummet through a false sun into a pocket dimension whose architect is an abomination older than Equestria and a personal friend of the trespasser's companion.

Scootaloo doesn't get to see her mother as often as she would like. So when Celestia announces a contest where the prize is the chance to be a Princess for a Day, Scootaloo sees it as an opportunity to make her mother notice her.

The idea for this fic was originally done by Matt11 (you can read his version Here), I asked if I could try my hand at his premise and he agreed, so here's what I came up with.

Princess Luna has come down from Canterlot on this particular night, a night of long standing tradition, when the ponies of Equestria stave off monsters and the monstrous Nightmare Moon by collecting and offering sweets to appease their hunger. The lunar princess had questioned the holiday for the past year and when it came around once more, she sought out the knowledgeable Twilight Sparkle. Luckily Pinkie Pie knows everypony who is anypony to ask and directs the princes to the greatest DJ around, DJ Pon-3, to learn of the night life.

But will she find the answers she seeks? Will it be enough to show just how times have indeed changed? Find out in, Behold the Night!

On a trip to see Apple Bloom and the crusaders, Babs brings two young blank-flanks interested in joining the small club, but one seems to hang back from the excitement.
