I write pony words. Millions of them. Some people actually think they might be worth reading. I am very thankful for that. Also, I have a Patreon now?

Dang it, Fluttershy, you just had to do one more thing. All you had to do was say "no" and everything would have been fine, but you just couldn't do that!

Egh.

I suppose I shouldn't have run off to explore Ponyville for a bit, but I needed to clear my head. Although, I didn't expect to run into that weird alligator that the pink one keeps around...

2 new stories in short order. Gosh I can't get a short story written in a week

Cute story. I like seing a non evil angel.

This may be one of the only fics I've seen where angel isn't an insufferable prick.
It's certainly a nice change of pace.

5779730 Well the contest deadline was today.

wow.... we need more of this Gummy

2 things about Angel's character appeal to me in fanfiction: Him getting the tar knocked out of him for his selfishness, and some grade-A snarky dialogue. This little one-shot has a healthy dose of the latter without need for the former. An Angel story done right... It's almost like you're a good writer! ...wait, I already knew that. :rainbowwild:

Also, wise and mystical Gummy is one of the best presences I've seen in a story for a while. I could practically feel his presence in my room as I read it. This story gets five stars from me! Now to read the other one you posted today...

A Zen Gummy and a supportive yet still snarky Angel? I can't like this enough. Thank you for it.

(Also, I'm surprised that Fluttershy's house has electricity. I guess Ponyville really does have Tesla-style wireless power transmission.)

Nice to see a version of Angel that isn't evil incarnate.

Yeah, I know they all love us and
whatever, but that doesn't make us not pets.

This should be one paragraph.

Cute. Really nice. I am glad to see someone gets that Angel, though a jerk, does what is best for Fluttershy.

5780641 Well it doesn't need to be electricity. Magic gems will do just as well for this universe.

5782152
Good point. I hadn't considered magic power for something as mundane as a vacuum.

5781669
I think Estee's Triptych universe has Angel being bitchy because he is trying to get Flutters to stop being a pushover. Fluttershy later promises to be angry once in a while and in turn asks Angel to stop trying to make her angry.

A wise and philosophical Gummy, quite an interesting idea.

Nice story :ajsmug:

Official EFNW 2015 Pre-Con Contest first round grading

Total:
Technical: 5/5
Plot: 2/5
Character: 5/5
Creativity: 4/5
Bonus: 4/5 (Excellent use of character voice, both in narration and 'dialog'.)
Comment: This one really impressed me, and was one of the few I really enjoyed reading. Angel's voice was very entertaining at times, especially in his early interactions with Gummy. A little ding on creativity for the unnecessary and seemingly unrelated little diversion into explaining Twilight's name. The only major markdown was for plot, which I couldn't really justify putting a high score on because, well, there wasn't much of one. The majority of the story is a conversation that doesn't seem to resolve much... It could probably have been better if their conversation had somehow resolved Angel's problems with Fluttershy, or at least his immediate problem of the vacuum. Still, for all that it reads like a single scene rather than a full story, it was a very enjoyable scene.

WOOOOOO! Philosopher Gummy! Your idea became canon!

Congrats!

"Philoso-gater" needs more stories like this.

Also, animal-intelligence in Equestria is highly confusing. :rainbowderp:

I mean, Fluttershy's animals have an actual book-club. Where they discuss books. That they read.

...Okay, at this point I'm expecting one of Fluttershy's animals to start a petition for animal-education and equal rights. :derpytongue2:

That was amazing as always!
