This story is a sequel to Equestria Ninja Girls
Picking up where they left off, the Rainbooms after escaping the planet earth's destruction at the hands of the Triceraton Empire are given a second chance to stop them from destroying their planet. They're transported from Equestria back to their world on board a space ship where the turtles and their friend the Fugitoid set out into space to stop the Triceratons and retrieve the Heart of Darkness.

7491938 Mostly because Shredder's mutants were part animal. I'm not sure it would affect alien life.

7494469 I have no idea. The mutagen mutates a human into the thing they've been in most contact with, and in terms of other things like Slash, Pete, Leatherhead who started out as animals gained human like forms with a bit more intelligence. Even creatures like Speed Demon who was a vehicle gained sentience, crazy sentience.

7494512 Both Twilight's may turn into dogs like Spike like how Bradford became a mutant form of Shredder's Akita dog. Fluttershy who's around animals 24/7 could be unpredictable as to which one she'd mutate into. And A.J I'd assume a mutant form of her dog Winona, but I'm not sure about the other girls if they mutated
7494515 I think Rarity would turn into a cat, due to her cat Opal. Pinkie pie, a hyena, due to their laughter. Rainbow dash, a tortoise XD. Fluttershy, either a rabbit, or a butterfly. I think Sunset shimmer, maybe a Fire ant or something LOL.

7555585 Sounds good. I think the Mane 6, and Sci-Twi will behave like they have been discorded by Discord, or maybe worse. Sunset Shimmer on the other hand will probably transform back into the first EQG movie, before her redemption.
