I tend to have a lot of working out in my test, so rather than put it here with spoiler tags, I've pastebinned it. Spoilers are beyond the link.

Yona claims to rank fourth for Honesty. The fourth and fifth Honesty rankings are lying. Therefore, Yona must have ranked fifth for Honesty. (I'm surprised she didn't claim first...)
Fourth rank for Honesty is harder to spot. However, consider Silverstream's first statement; that neither Ocellus nor Smoulder. If she's lying, then one of them must have come fourth for Honesty; and since Yona came fifth, that would mean that Silverstream must have come in the top three. But that means she's telling the truth. So, if she's lying, we have paradox. Thus, Silverstream is telling the truth; thus, neither Ocellus nor Smoulder came fourth in Honesty; thus, fourth place in Honesty was Gallus.
Right. Now I know who the two liars are. Now I can work in the rest of the statements:
Ocellus, naturally, ranked first for Kindness. Since no-one ranked the same for any pair of quizzes, he didn't rank first in anything else.
Smoulder ranked better in Loyalty than Honesty. Therefore he did not rank first in Honesty.
Thus, by elimination, Silverstream ranked first in Honesty.
Since Ocellus ranked first in Kindness, no
pony- nobody else did. Thus, the best Yona could have done was second. From her own comment, known to be a lie, we know she did better in Kindness that Loyalty; thus her Loyalty could be at best third place. Yet her Honesty is fifth and, from Smoulder's comment, everyponyone came first or second in something. Thus, Yona came second in Kindness.First and second place in Kindness are taken. Gallus came fourth in Honesty. Therefore he must have come either first or second in Loyalty, from Smoulder's statement. But Silverstream says he didn't come second. Therefore, Gallus came first in Loyalty.
Gallus lied when he said he didn't rank fifth in any test. Yet we know now that he 1st in Loyalty and 4th in Honesty. Therefore, he must have ranked fifth in Kindness.
Smoulder ranked higher in Loyalty than Honesty. Since we know the fourth and fifth places in Honesty, the worst Smoulder could have got in Honesty was third. Thus, the worst he could have got in Loyalty was second. Yet Gallus got first rank in Loyalty. Therefore, Smoulder must have got second place in Loyalty; and, since this was better than Honesty, third place in Honesty.
At this point, process of elimination (and use of Ocellus' statement that no-one had the same rank in two quizzes) is enough to sort out the stragglers.

Unfortunately, my guess wasn't correct. After finding out the answer, I feel like an idiot.
I almost had this one, but I dismissed a key fact early on, and I ended up with two possible solutions with no way to nail down the right answer. No one to blame but myself. I think I might get the next one, if I remember to pay attention.
This was an excellent puzzle! I had fun trying to figure it out. And I did so successfully.
I didn't really solve it in the same order though, some realisations came before others. But ofc I figured out who the liars were just like Twilight. Good job! Keep it up!
That was pretty rad! I certainly wouldn't object to having some more puzzles involving this group.
