I think you might be going a little too fast here. It might have been better to have shown her slowly losing it in a few chapters rather than just jumping her into the insanity. If I recall two face(before he became two face) was actually a really great person who just lost it eventually because of his injury. This kind of thing doesn't happen right away. If you slow down a little bit, I think this story could be pretty good.

Awesome chapter. Two characters, to my limited memory, that Tara Strong voiced is Barbara Gordon from The Killing Joke and Harley Quinn from the two Injustice games. As for the Hailey Gordon character, Sci-Twi comes easily to mind.
