Vaporeon is in the "field" egg group that ponies would probably be in if they were Pokémon, while Suicune is in the "not applicable" group like most legendaries.

Great story! I wish you ended with Suicune laying an egg and being surprised that Luster managed to breed her even though she thought it impossible. Then find where he lived and gave the egg to him before she got scolded by Arceus. Oh well it was still a great story
