Even though it’s slow going, I’m still working on the Minty story. I’m also thinking about what will come next. I thought just as an experiment I’d toss some story ideas out here and see which ones (if any) you guys like the sound of. No promises… I might or might not do any of them. So here goes:

Conversion Bureau: Rainbow Dash and the Arm of Xur
Along with the rest of the element bearers, Rainbow Dash has been pressed into the unlikely role of goodwill ambassador to Earth. It's not her idea of a fun job, and she feels like she's slowly dying of boredom -- until Twilight Sparkle takes her on a fact-finding mission to Egypt. Soon Rainbow is on the run from jihadists, gun-toting griffins, the Egyptian Army and the Great and Powerful Trixie as they all try to get their hands (and hooves, and talons) on the mummified arm of an ancient pharaoh.

A tragic accident destroys Rainbow Dash’s wings and, with them, her dream of joining the Wonderbolts. However, ponies are resilient creatures, and soon — with some help from her friends —Rainbow bounces back with new goals and a plan to reinvent herself.

Long ago in a distant land, I, Princess Eris Scelesta, the all-powerful daughter of Discord, unleashed an unspeakable evil — but a foalish alicorn warrior stepped forth to oppose me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore open a portal in time and flung her into the future where my evil is law. Now the foal seeks to return to the past and undo the future that is Eris.

Inveterate troublemakers FireFox and MoonLeopard have been (completely unfairly!) kicked out of the sci-fi sim where they used to waste their time. Now the former space pirates join forces with SnowPony to create a virtual world of their very own. It’s a fantasy land filled with magic! And ponies! And blackjack! Okay, forget the blackjack…
