For those who are unaware of what the Australian V8 Supercar race series is, it's what NASCAR could have been had they not been blinded by good-ol'-boys and only turning left.
This weekend, Aussies race on a mountain course in a 1000 kilometer (600+ mile) race. I've gone to Australia specifically to see that race before. And yes they encounter kangaroos on the track!

As for that race, my sister is not only a car racing nut, she's also one of the track officials at the Bathurst 1000!
3448571 Outstanding! As I said, I was at the race in 2010 when FC had his minor 'off' at the bottom of Conrod. I was over in the stands at turn 1, and I swear the air pressure all over the mountain dropped from everyone gasping!
I will be doing my best to find a stream for this weekend, hopefully I get the next chapter of Highway done before then so I can relax and watch!
