Russian fan-translation

Apparently, my story Dust was translated into Russian by a guy called Doof on a Russian horsesite a month or two ago, and I didn't know until my friend found it while fucking around on Russian social networking sites the other day.

So that's a thing. Pretty awesome tbh, never had any of my stories be translated before.

This happened to anyone else? I think I remember this happening to some other users a while back.

I've had it happen before (big surprise, I know, what with me telling you earlier).

The best part about a Chinese or French translation of your own comedy story is that you can't tell at all if the comments are sarcastic or not. Google Translate can only do so much.

I've heard of a couple authors having their stories translated, though I couldn't name them off the top of my head. Can't imagine why they didn't inform you about it, but it's still cool.
