Episode Review: A Hearth's Warming Carol (Spoilers... duh) · 4:49pm May 14th, 2016
It's Christmas, guys! Merry Chris- Wait... Oh well. It's still May. *starts playing Hello Darkness, My Old Friend* Besides their episode dates being weird, this episode was absolutely amazing and adorable! A 9/10 episode for sure, Jim Miller was right when he said that this episode was going to be fucking awesome. Luna singing tho... My bby

So the musical episode starts with what? A music, of course. I was hoping some musics from the MLP Xmas album would be used, still... I wanted Rainbow to sing Jingle Bells so hard (best album song BTW). Then, as I was expecting and happy to see it happened, a parody of A Christmas Carol happened. Cliche, but good 
It was obvious Starlight wouldn't enjoy this time of the year, she probably hadn't much time to enjoy it herself when studying and equalizing ponies... Poor, poor, precious Fefeta Starlight 
Snowfall's song was amazing, Disney level song (actually all songs are amazing, mainly Luna's).
Dash was so Dapper it killed me.
Starlight got some minutes on spell and chill and Applejack already gave her the face. AJ's song was really cute, very country, just the way she likes (I just love most of the Applejack songs tbh). Also, Snowfall had been teach by nopony else than:

Yes, because Pinkie. Her outfit was so fabulous, actually, everyponie's outfits were, Rarity would be proud 
Rainbow's interaction with "Flutterholly" and the other mare that Rares was supposed to be was adorable, OT3 
And then we have the future, of course, the best part with the best princess:
Probably one of the best songs this season, also her outfit was amazing too Spoopy Luna doing spoopy magikss. It was a really good song and, after all, Snowfall learned her lesson. And so did Starlight! I love how everypony just have a party on Twilight's castle like a giant family, it's adorable:
A 9/10 episode, adorable animation, amazing songs, fucking dapper outfits... GLOWING RADIOCTIVE DERPY:
BTW, Derpy stayed there the entire party, she's a true warrior. 
Also Twi making Pinkie's voice was too cute. This episode was a great lesson for Starlight and I'm so happy to see Glim Glam happy with her friends :'D Truly an awesome episode Next week... Rarity episode! What fabu horse has on store for us? For now, I shall go, have spinny Glim Glam and until next week, peace! :3
Yep, I wasn't around to see it when it aired as I was working on some of my fics but from the summary on TV Tropes it sounds like a good one. And if anyone is complaining on it just being "A Christmas Carol" with ponies I ask you what in the Hell is wrong with that?

I rather enjoyed the episode, sure it was a reference to A Christmas Carole. But it was still great and held its own. One thing I would like to see written is a clash between the wendigos of their world and the wendigos from Algonquian folklore. Now that would be a good read.
