Methods of getting to Equestria

There are many methods for getting to Equestria in FIM fiction. Thought I would make a list of them all.
If I missed any, please tell me.

WIP

1. Natural/supernatural event - A random portal sucks the human and/or his surroundings into Equestria. The advantage of this is that it is short and to the point.
Examples:
* New Beginnings
* Improbable Truth
* Just Passing Through

2. Summoned by a pony
Whether it is Lyra, Twilight or Nightmare moon. This method allows a bit more flexability in the results of said spell. The downside and the upside is the writer has to come up with a motive for the human being summoned. It provides a bit of narrative.
Summoned on Purpose:
* Blank
* The substitute Demon
* 1000 virgin mares 1 fricking baddass dark overdude infinite facehoofing
Summoned by Accident:
We're Twins, Yes Twins

3. Discord or other draconequus - Good one's give him a reason for the summoning. Bad one's tend to use the "for the lolzs" excuse.
Ex: Second Chances Many Changes

4. Displaced
Put on a costume and end up in Equestria as that character. There are a ton of badly written self-insert fics using this premise. The big problems with many of these fics are listed here .
My recommendation is don't do this. Very few readers will even give your fic a chance. Make it a straight crossover instead.

5. Human has a science/magical accident that sends them to Equestria
That strange stallion

6. Portal to Equestria (Equestria High, Stargate, mirror, etc)
The Sun and The Rose
The brony guard unlimited

7. Spaceship
Either a human travels to Equestria with their own space ship or a human is stranded there by his alien abductors.

8. Reincarnation. (Just please don't use the saved a kid chasing a ball across the road trope)
Living Nightmare

9. Cryogenics/Timetravel - Planet of the apes/The Time Machine type story where Equestria is the future of the Earth and mankind has died out.
