I have a strange relationship with schedules. I'd prefer to keep one, but I hate having to restrict myself to posting within a certain timezone to get attraction to my story, as well as finding time to write; It's stressful. With Bushkeeper, as some of you may have noticed, I do like to keep up with a daily update of 2,000 words.
Unfortunately, you may have also noticed something in the A/N about classwork, with AP work preventing updates for four days.
Well, that work is back, and It's hitting me hard.
The gameplan for Bushkeeper was originally to do a couple of bi-weekly updates, but with the recent success of the story, thanks to all of you readers, by the way, I decided to push aside most of my other projects to write dailies, because I absolutely love to write the story, and the reactions have been positive so far! Seriously, there has not been a single point so far where I have said "Oh god It's time to write an update for Bushkeeper" due to the multiple favorites, likes, and comments I've been getting, as well as the general fuzziness I get from writing adorable, innocent, ponies.
But with the recent uptake in AP work, I've decided to put life before writing.
Now, this doesn't necessarily mean that I'll stop writing updates for Bushkeeper, or any other tidbits in the meantime, It simply means that updates during the week will most likely not happen for the next few weeks. I'm looking forward to a productive March, but grades are a lot more important than a hobby; setting aside gaming to write as a hobby and for school has been difficult enough.
Expect some apology updates for Bushkeeper Fri-Sun, or early mornings for you east coasters. For your information, I post story updates at around 19:30 to 21:00 JST.
