Bushkeeper: My Fond Farewell · 7:08pm Jul 21st, 2020
This has been something I've been sleeping on for a long time, now.
Bushkeeper: should I write more for it?
I found my answer, recently.

Bushkeeper: should I write more for it?
I found my answer, recently.
I'll get to the point; I plan on finishing Bushkeeper by the end of this year.
It will be one final update, a tight little envelope of the last chapters; this is a preemptive warning for those with email reminders to please mind the mess.
I hope that you'll be able to look past the mess that my storytelling has been these past few years and instead focus on the cheerful qualities that sat you on this ride in the first place.
This is the story of a kid and some ponies.
I have a strange relationship with schedules. I'd prefer to keep one, but I hate having to restrict myself to posting within a certain timezone to get attraction to my story, as well as finding time to write; It's stressful. With Bushkeeper, as some of you may have noticed, I do like to keep up with a daily update of 2,000 words.
Unfortunately, you may have also noticed something in the A/N about classwork, with AP work preventing updates for four days.
I should've done this earlier, but I think I got caught up in writing updates for you guys.
Have I done something like this before? I don't think I have.
46 days.
...
Huh.
I mean, It's at the bottom of the featured box, but It's there alright.
You know, I always fantasized about getting into the featured box. I knew it was going to be scary...
... but it doesn't feel that scary...
Maybe I have to wait a bit for something to happen, it is early in the day after all, but I just kinda...
If you've read Bushkeeper, I hope you enjoyed the ride.
Upfront: This blog contains my personal post-epilogue world-building for Bushkeeper. It is contained in the quote a little ways below.
It is short: 697 words long. It goes into fine detail—though imperfect—on the world of Equestria after the conclusion of Andrew's story.
Amidst all the worst that this year had to offer, there was so much good. I have spent seven years among this fandom now, and I hope to see you all continue reading in the future.
I'd like to take a step back and bring you with me to talk about what I accomplished in 2017.
I spent a great deal of New Year's Eve working on Bushkeeper. After nearly two years of blood, sweat, and many, many tears, I'm proud to say it's completed.
I would do a yearly round-up for my statistics, but I honestly don't have the energy for it. I'll likely add it to this blog later if I feel like it, but for now, I just want to wish you all a happy new year.
Guess who's back? Shitlord, that's who.
Jokes aside, (ha, get it? cuz i'm a joke) I just hit 500 likes on Bushkeeper and that's, er, really friggin cool. I didn't really think I'd hit it with Bushkeeper, but apparently my crappy 140 word update was enough to bring in quite a few new readers.
Yes, you did finally just get a prologue; ignore the fact it was actually chapter 34 for about 5 minutes.
