Tending Twilight Chap 3 Update Post + My Personal Thoughts on which of the Mane 6 is a huge bab · 9:46am Apr 2nd, 2017
I've brought this up to my friends a couple of times, but it's time to get into the important discussions: who among the Mane 6 is most likely to be a 'little'? (Scroll to the end for actual stuff about the story haha, it's not much tho')
Perhaps obviously, the member of the mane 6 I see most as a little is Twilight - the combination of academic over achievement and the sheltered life with Celestia makes me think she'd probably be naturally drawn to wanting to be a little filly again.
Pinkie Pie is probably my second choice - yes, she gets to be very childish in public already, but I can't imagine she'd ever think of putting a limit on that. And hey, foals have lots and lots of fun, she'd want to be in on that!
Rainbow Dash... when I write diapered Rainbow, I tend to see her as more 'I'm obsessed with this and don't know why!'... She'd be fascinated with diapers and baby things, but not really 'regress' the way Twilight does in this story. Rainbow's more of a big kid who wears diapers (or pull ups) than a baby.
I know Fluttershy is popular for abdl stuff and I can understand why (she's shy, cute, 'innocent'), but I don't really see it, I guess because like, first of all, she's already seen as weak, fragile, vulnerable, etc. by everybody, she hasn't shown a like for being condescended to ('I'm a year older than you'), she's socially inept... I think in her fantasies she'd be more like 'mare of the world', calm and seductive but definitely adult. I tend to imagine her as more of a CT since she's so passionate about taking care of animals, but I can definitely imagine her occasionally having the tables turned and being turned into a blushy baby girl, since she's so subby.
Rarity doesn't seem like she'd ever want to be a little baby, but I can imagine her as an older middle. Or being very very kinky and being happy to be 'forced' to wear diapers (so filthy!) or act like a baby (so humiliating).
Applejack... I think being little would be too painful for her, even if she was interested in it. She lost her parents at a young age, and now she has a little sister to look after. I've just never imagined Applejack wanting to go back to childhood, or even being able to acknowledge the desire if she did.
Anyway, about the last chapter - it was a hard one to write. I know most stories at this point jump into 'and the partner loved it so much and always wanted to do it' and I think it's really sweet when a character is so easily and thoroughly accepted. I just didn't think it was very realistic - and this lets me create a more complex story.
The next chapter will have very little ABDL content, I'm afraid - but the one after will, and hopefully things will be looking up for Twilight after this!! :P
I would much rather have a well-fleshed story with believable event progression than a one-handed splooge of ultimately unsatisfying words on a page with the intention of making the reader 'hard as diamonds'.
Which is a long way to say I approve of your decision and look forward to the results.
