The End - Part 2: Tales Of The Divine

So the second story that was planned, would have been called "Tales Of The Divine". I had this one in the back of my head for a long time, especially since a lot of people had been asking for it, ever since Divine Entertainment was ending. Each of Atlas' old friends would have gotten a dedicated chapter, showing what they were up to after they'd moved to Equestria. As far as my stories go, this one would have been rather short in comparison, and would have had a different structure to it as well, that being: a collection of one-shots. If I'd still be writing, I'd most likely would have worked on this alongside Alicorn of Music, similarly to how I've done AoM before. But let's get to the meaty stuff: Aside from showing what Atlas' friends were up to, this story would also have had a secondary purpose, which would've tied it into the Divine Universe.

Throughout all the chapters of this story, little snippets of alicorn Amber would show up, implying that she was influencing things from the shadows, similarly to what Atlas was doing. The last chapter would have been the one focusing on Amber herself, and how exactly she became an alicorn. (Spoilers: Starswirl was involved.)

It would also have introduced our first villain, a fellow named Lightning Rod, who likes to go by the moniker: Alicorn of Stagnation. Inadvertadly created by Amber herself he is the Yang to her Yin. the force to balance out Ambers existance. He'd shed his own name, and call himself "Stagnate" later on. (very creative, I know).

As far as the actual chapter contents go, I wasn't able to really nail down what each and every chapter would have been like. So I'm afraid there's not much to tell on this side. Here's what I know though:

Vibrant Colors: probably the one most of you were looking forward to, right? You know, because she's Celestia and Luna's mother and all? Woulda just been some heartwarming little snipped of their daily life.

Crimson and Blue Current: Since they're very much together, their chapter would most likely have been combined into one. Not sure what part of their lives I would've showcased tho.

Amethyst: Yo that guy's dead lel... Or is he?

Charity Belle: Also very dead. Probably would have just thrown in a little cute day when she was alive and with Atlas... maybe a date?

Amber: This is the big one. She was going along with princess platinum and clover, and continued to be a guard while they were doing their thing. Eventually she'd get entagled with Starswil who comes to visit her together with... herself? And as an alicorn no less? Man, time is weird, isn't it? Wobbly stuff. Shenanigans ensue, an alicorn is made, actually, two(don't forget Stagnate), and a little fighting maybe? Don't look at me like that, I don't plan most of my stories, and look where that has gotten me :P

I hadn't been on Fimfiction since the beginning of June and I only recently came back so this really hit me like a truck. I'm sad you are ending your stories in the Divine Universe, but I understand why. I won't deny I hope you will come back to it or write something completely different, though you shouldn't be pressured into it. I loved your stories, the characters, the world-building, the story, everything really. i'm sure i'll come back to re-read them many times. So thank you for for giving us this closure
