From Business to Casual to Business again. Welcome back to another art showcase of A Kindled Beginning. For quite the out-there scene in the story too! The encounter with the Ursa Major. All made possible by Mutters again. I’m the kind of person with all sorts of funny mental pictures in my mind, and sometimes I don’t write about it clearly enough to illicit that mental image for others. So her work is vital for me to drive those points further home. It’s safe to say that she’s important to me and my work, and so I would like to ask you once again to show her some love too.
To speak more about this scene that we drew, you can find where this was taken from in Chapter 4 of A Kindled Beginning. It’s a small allusion and symbolic representation of the story, that was used to further drive an internal conflict between Twilight and Chrys. The unveiling of truths and learning to grow past misunderstandings, in hopes to find heartfelt redemption and forgiveness.
The second to last chapter is just about finished now, so look forward to seeing that soon. It’s taking a great deal of time if only because these last two chapters are putting a true ending to Chrys’ tales. It’ll be sad to see it go but perhaps I’ll consider continuing her story in the future. In an entirely new light or maybe in the way of a more lax slice of life passages.
I don’t like to have my stories overstay their welcome, so I’m more partial to the first idea. And I already have an idea of what I’ll write about.
