Hi everyone, I'm looking for a story I read a while back where a human has been in Equestria for some time, but has needed to be quarantined in the hospital due to lack of immune defenses against native diseases. The solutionnis to have him be literally reborn as a pony with the OC nurse Isopropyl volunteering to be his surrogate mother, but something goes wrong during the process, which leads to him being Rainbow Dash's daughter instead and an Alicorn.

Any help finding it would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know what story that is, but it sounds like one I would like.

Like how they have diseases that are compatible? Or why didn't ponies get the human's diseases? Why is their ecosystem not collapsing from the filth the human brought? How come they have DNA and speak English? Why is their planet suitable for humans?
