I used to be one of those folks who disliked them simply because of their massive popularity.
What an outrageous fool I was.

I like a lot of music, and MLP: FiM (fan works, specifically) actually got me started on getting more interested in it, as well as directly introducing me to some of these bands.

Swamp rock. Seems like a weird name for a genre, but if you've heard of it at all, pretty much only one band really comes to mind.

(And even if you haven't heard of "swamp rock" you've surely heard a song by Creedence Clearwater Revival before.)

Basically sounds like a remix from the 80s, but it's more of an original song not based on anything in particular, and it's also very weird.

But a good weird.

I love all the references to the geography of the coastline of the New England states in this song.
