There used to be a monastery that served as the home for the bat ponies, Luna's personal servants. But then Nightmare Moon happened and the bat ponies were forced to hide away from the world and live in secrecy, hidden under a spell. But now that Nightmare Moon has been vanquished, Princess Luna decides to take the spell off and reveal the monastery, along with the bat ponies. The abbot is reluctant and afraid of the outside world and only reveals the monastery for a short amount of time each night.

One night, when Lyra Heartstrings and Bon Bon decide to explore it, something strange happens. A monster, the pony of shadows appears and closes the gates of the monastery. The abbot is even more scared, Luna is furious and our two ponies are trapped.

But what really is the true nature of the pony of shadows? Could it be just a distraction? A work of deceit, to keep the monastery hidden?

Lyra has many questions and she's going to find an answer to all of them.

Herald was not much for friends back home, and is even more so in Equestria. It seems no one wants to talk with the weird thing from else where, but that doesn't stop one mare who has taken a liking to him after he helped her out of a bad spot. He does his best to patch her up, and later they try to take a minute to relax with some snacks. Herald hopes that this pony likes Wensleydale styled cheese and crackers, and perhaps a side of tea.

For every villain was somepony's hero ...

My entrance in the Dialogue Only Contest.

Technically a prequel to my other fic, The Twilight Prince: Redux, and uses common worldbuilding, but should be readable as a stand alone one-shot.

This story is a sequel to The Adventures of Flare Brimstone

This takes place immediately after chapter 11 of The Adventures of Flare Brimstone and serves as the official, direct sequel.

Far beyond the verge of stars and further still, a portal seldom forms agape. A large rock, a meteor, hurls to the world of Equestria, amidst a star shower. The blistering rock crashes on the plains and caught the attention of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, who investigates the fallen meteor.

What they uncover will shock them, and when they understand what it is and why will astonish the celestial sisters.

"Sub-Level Five doesn't exist." That's the official statement of the Stairway company.

Washing out from the Night Guard program is usually a death sentence to any similar career. When Astral Sentinel was asked if he was interested in a security job, the Thestral obviously jumped at the chance.

There was just one oddity about the job. Well, there were quite a few, but mainly just one.
He just never, ever could acknowledge the existence of Sub-Level Five.

When a complete lock-down traps the Thestral inside the odd facility, he has to break that one rule. As the security systems begin to eradicate all life inside the building, Astral has to venture down to the elevators that officially don't exist, to a floor nopony alive will speak of.

He soon finds out that some things are best left buried beneath rock and stone.

*Warning. Hitchhikers may be escaped convicts.

"This story is simultaneously horrifying and adorable." -Witchery

Takes place far after Season 9. Although, it could take place at any time...(or in the Radverse, as some people call it.) This thing took on a mind of its own.

Seriously.

Read on if you want to join Astral for the ride.
I hope you brought your crowbar.

In later chapters, loose spoilers for Timeless, Sunspots, and Cure for a Toxin
Warnings for creepy atmosphere, gore, violence, and brief mentions of sexual content/assault (nothing explicit, only implied.)

Despite this being a horror story with unpleasant elements, it's not grimdark or a depressing tale. Lots more ups and downs, but overall it's a positive read of good vs evil, love and fluff; those are the types stories I write, after all. I just want to let everyone know what they're getting into, and don't want any readers blindsided due to some of the content.
(Not a romance involving a 'herd')

A dark force from another world seeks an escape from its prison - and to create an entryway into a realm of limitless magic. With lawlessness and evil spreading from one desert frontier to another, Equestria was going to need an army of Marshals.

They got one.

Well, his horse actually.

He'll have to do.

A thought experiment about how a full size cybernetic horse, who also happens to be the last of his kind, might fare in a world full of little cartoon ponies turned into a couple of random scenes, then into a story with a plot and things. Powerful magical artefacts, the biggest hand-held positronic cannon this side of the galactic core and friendships on both sides of the divide are tested as everyone tries to figure out what exactly is going on, and how to stop Stampede invading Equestria.

Maybe it'll even be a good story. It's my first, so feel free to comment/give feedback. Maybe you'll make it better for everyone else reading it

EiE: Equestroid in Equestria
A BraveStarr/MLP crossover, because best horse needs to meet best ponies. No prior knowledge of BraveStarr is expected, but you should check the show out anyway. Or watch the pilot movie or something. It's pretty awesome.
(what, no Night Guard/batpony tags?:rainbowhuh: Only took six years, sheesh.:derpytongue2:)

This story is a sequel to Love Sickness

Love and relationships are never easy, so much commitment, stress, and care. Especially when you're stuck on a trip to the far reaches of the world and beyond. Battling monsters, nightmares and pursued by pirates along with goddesses only know what else. Someponies would say it's all worth it, they're usually right. Yet when somepony's love also accidentally causes a change in species, especially so far as turning you into a dragon. It's probably time to reconsider.

This story is a direct sequel to Love Sickness, therefore it is recommended that you read that story first to understand the context here. Nevertheless, the themes in this story are hopefully going to be far more adventure focused than the last one.
