A horrible Cataclysm has turned all of Equestria into a Wasteland of barren ash and twilight desolation. The Sun and the Moon have been destroyed. Everypony has died--including Princesses Luna and Celestia. But one pony miraculously survives; she is a lone wanderer, the last of her kind, surrounded by menacing creatures that hate her. She navigates the Wastes in an airship and scavenges off the blighted landscape to keep herself alive.

Then one day she meets an old companion who grants her a gift, the chance to go back in time to the warm and sunny days of Ponyville, where her dead friends live in happiness. How far will the last pony venture into this joyous age of Equestria, even if she fully knows that there is no way to change the horrible fate of everypony she loves?

After her coronation as sole ruler of Equestria, Twilight could really go for some ice cream.

What if Rainbow Dash didn't become an Element of Harmony? What if someone took her place? What if her destiny changed the day she was born, and somepony else became an Equestrian hero? What if Rainbow Dash was just your average small town Pegasus trying to live her life and enjoy the little things?

This is the story of the person who took the place of one of Equestria's greatest heroes, who tried to convince everypony that she wasn't who she said she was, but no one believed her. And when she tried to make things right, someone else took the destiny as the Element of Loyalty. Now, stuck in the body of Rainbow Dash, Zephyr must figure out how to return the real Rainbow Dash to Equestria. All the while dealing with the everyday life of a common pony.

In the shadows of a forgotten realm, one mare trudges onward with music, and a cute little house cat, as her sole companions. Lyra Heartstrings has fought against a dark curse for more than a year, and it's now beginning to take a toll on her mind. Will she be able to keep everything together in light of her choice? Or will the spanning abyss inevitably claim her as one of its own?

In the Applewood Derby, Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash take over the CMC's carts and race them for their own desires. Everyone knows at the end that the girls apologized to each other, the race is done all over again, happy ending. Right? Wrong!

It will take three injured fillies and disqualification for these mares to learn their lesson. Basically an alternate ending where Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash actually get karma for being selfish.

Everyone knows the ponies of Equestria are awesome. But what if, when crisis befalls them, they decide to handle things with a little more common sense?

After Twilight and her friends manage to catch up to Starlight Glimmer and protect Party Favor and the others from the mad unicorn's attack, Twilight and Starlight's ideologies clash once more. Twilight tried to convince Starlight that their friendship was more genuine than the 'real friendships' Starlight was offering to them but she refused to listen.

In the season 5 premiere she manages to escape and they let her, which came back to bite them. But here, Starlight will learn that there are worse fates than death. Much worse.

This is a collaboration I made with my good friend Word Worthy in honor of his birthday; February 14th. Happy Birthday dude and Happy Valentine's day to you all.

The My Little Pony Movie was amazing, with wonderful world building and well plotted out adventure and feels. But it ignored a lot of canon. Twilight has check lists for checking her check lists! Do you really think she wouldn't have a plan for an invasion, especially after what happened at Cadence's wedding? Also, Equestria already has friends and allies they could call on. So, here's my version of events.

Edit: Some of the early comments have given me cause to think about revising the second chapter, so I'm pulling it until I have a chance to do so. I may remove it altogether and let the first chapter stand on it's own, as I originally intended. The idea, after all, was to show that Equestria already had allies they could have called on, not to mock the actual film, which I enjoyed thoroughly.

The worst of calamities has come to the Mane Six. A test that their friendship could not withstand, that no friendship could possibly withstand. Which menace is the culprit behind the collapse? Is it Discord? Or is it the object that he so casually introduced into their midst?
