Set in the distant future, a class of foals are on a school trip to a museum. There they get see many of the amazing objects from the past. There were paintings, scrolls, weapons, and many other interesting stuff. However, out of all of them, one stood out. It was a painting, showing a large terrifying creature and standing in front of it, was a pony. When asked what this is, the curator then told the foals the story behind the painting. She told them the story of the lavender mare's last stand.

The grammar could be beter but it is a nice story
Interesting way of telling a story. Don't think I've seen it done like this before.
It has quite a bit of potential, but like RainLight said above, you need to work on the grammar and such. It isn't really good enough for me to like or favourite, but I won't thump it down either. Keep writing and reading, and you'll get better bit by bit
