You know, the end of this chapter seems to be contradicting with the kind of loving relationship that Grimoire described having with his wife in the previous stories, especially with how she's acting so hostile with them at this point.

That was such a beautiful chapter. I especially loved reading about how Grim and Sandy bond ever closer together as husband and wife, in addition to how they finally get to have their daughter, Dusty, at the end of the chapter.

Also, Kong reminds me of Jaba the Hut from Star Wars, especially since he's extremely rotund, has a perverse tendency toward liking beautiful mares, and keeps getting his translators killed or "disentegrated." After all, in Return of the Jedi, Jaba had a bad habit of disposing of his previous translators.

6041894 Actually, the translator bit was based of Team America World Police, where Kim Jong Il had his translator killed because of a 'misunderstanding'. But I seriously didn't know about Jaba and his translators. You learn something new every day.

6120358 No. He's just from a background where discipline and hard work was a huge part in his success, and meeting a Royal Guard who managed to get by without any of that just doesn't sit right with him. He has nothing against him or anything, he just don't like sloppy, somewhat lazy guards...like Caboose. No amount of saving Equestria would change that.
