I have two assumptions...
A. You've either grew-up watching, reading or started to get into Elfen Lied.
Or B. Have you seen the latest episode of ScrewAttack's Death Battle featuring "Carnage Vs Lucy"?
Either way these are just assumptions, I really don't know the reason. But Let's see where this story will lead us, shall we?

I’ll try my best
Two References (in my opinion) I seen in this chapter.
1. The Vectors and the way Sora had her arms crossed during the fight. It reminded me of how Madara Uchiha fights. They never have to do anything and just let their power/abilities do the battle for them. The Vectors that protected Lucy is like how Madara can protect himself by using the Susano'O ribcage to protect him from any attacks and can materialize the arms to counterattack.
2. After causing the Explosion that destroyed the Timberwolf and floating above the destruction. It reminds me of "All For One" and how he made his entrance.
I wonder what will happen next for Lucy and the Main-six?

Hey, grat chapter. Don't worry about the lenght, i for one, like them large, like 5-10k words each.
A bit of advice if you will. When writing dialogs, make them separete from each party talking. For example, Twilight is talking with Applejack, you just have to take turns for each one, saying a line, doing an action or thinking etc.
I hope this helps you to improve a bit.
He was just the first obstacle for Natali/Sorano. What will appear for them next?
If they made their own version of the Byakugan, what else will they try to make? Then again...If you have an infinite number of invisible arms that can move at impossible speed, protect you from receiving any harm, can either rip your opponents apart or slice them to pieces before they can even have a chance to think. I can only imagine that they'll make their own version of Gaara's Sand Coffin & Sand Burial.

Good riddance to those Pegasus, nobody will miss or remember them. That's unfortunate of Derpy to experience that, this moment will haunt her and only through Healing, Reassurance & Comfort can help Derpy overcome this.
Given how Natali was the only one to deal with them while Sorano went to get Princess Luna, will she develop the "III personality" over time? Sorano can't always be there for her and she'll have to make her own decisions & judgement without her.

Now i realize that i have zero experiance with this kind of thing and as such my personal opinion isn't really worth much in this situation, but clipping is probably a very big thing for pegasi (maybe even worse than death) and there is no way that Nat couldn't have just broken their bones, called the guards and left them lying in the alleyway until the guards arrived, without the three of them being able to do a thing to stop her.
