Not really messing with you, just didn't wanna spoil anything. But if you really want to know, the foal pinkie had is actually hers and cheese sandwiches, not flutters, and is named Lil Cheese. There's still debate on whether Lil Cheese is a colt or filly. And it's not confirmed if luster is starlight and sunburst's kid or not. This is actually one of the first times I've heard of that speculation.
With the cover photo, I half expected her last question to be "Will my ass ever be as big as yours?"

Yea there were a few things I was kinda unimpressed with, like going with the most unoriginal ship in existence (I won't name it but it's not hard to figure out). Plus seeing all of Twilight's friends as being older and kinda wrinkly was kinda hard to take.

Starlight and Sunburst being Luster's parents... Even though this was never confirmed in the final episode, I like to believe that this is an appropriate connection and it definitely works in this story. No wonder Luster made such a good first impression.

It's the first I've heard of Luster being daughter of Starlight and Sunburst, and I don't believe it. You don't have your mom be head of the school of friendship even emeritus, and have the attitude she had during that last episode. Actually, you shouldn't have been able to be Twilight's student for any span of time and have that attitude, yet that's exactly what happened in the episode, so… well… that happened.

This is cool fanfic! I always did think that Luster Dawn is the daughter of Sunburst and Starlight Glimmer, despite that they never showed any signs of them getting together, but I did strongly believed that they became a couple off-screen.
That cover art is giving me all kinds of wrong impressions about this story. I read it anyway. Fuck you to headcannons who say Luster is related to best unicorn, and that one useless stallion who looks like he should be related to Sunset Shimmer, by the way.
