I'm not sure, honestly. So far, Cosmica's the only one we're seeing at the moment.
what was the point of that, Twilight could have just said deal with it because as far as I can tell S.M.I.L.E is not acting in the same way the M.I.B do which means that they really are not properly conducting their operations I mean seriously kidnapping!!! twilight has every right to tell Lyra and Bon Bon to cut it out even if she apparently has no jurisdiction over them as a person being harassed for no reason and as one of the people that can be considered the proper authorities not to mention the fact that Twilight is far more powerful than any unicorn I know throwing around power is something dictators do but with how Lyra and Bon Bon act S.M.I.L.E doesn't even seem to self regulate which is a serious issue.
there really needs to be rules for how they are allowed to act(also no matter what S.M.I.L.E agents says you can bet that Celestia knows about them with how long she has lived and the fact that if they tried anything to erase her memory there would be a day that last far too long or the sun would take too long to rise I just have a feeling that Celestia just puts up with them.)
yeah I don't believe that for one minute, Celestia is too old and has lived too long for something like this to slip under her nose not to mention where S.M.I.L.E's funding is coming from I think these agents are a bit deluded if they believe Celestia doesn't know about them
