This story is a sequel to Gusty the Great book 1- The beginning
After an intense training, Gusty becomes a soldier and joins Queen Majesty in her crusades to defeat Emperor Grogar once and for all. What she doesn´t know, is that endless adventures await for her, both full of glories but also full of obstacles and tragedies that will challenge Gusty´s faith in herself.

Hey Dianabel heard about your two parter well I just needed somebody to talk to I'm have to stay home from work because I have a quarter sized aching lump on the head of my foot ( not my toe) I mean where my leg ends and it's making it hard for me to walk around I don't know what it is but, I probably been doing so much walking and standing on the food line, I looked it up and I think it's probably a ganglion cyst or something what do you think?

Oh my! Well, it could be but to make sure I would go to the doctor and see what they say. If it´s that maybe they´ll drain the liquid, bandage your ankle and give you some ankle exercises so the lymph flows better. But it´s always better to go to the doctor. Hope it gets better!

Sorry for not answering and thanks I they offered to drain it with a needle but said it will fill up again so I decided to take the medicine instead and let it go by it itself my mom has all the meds I need and as long as I use cold compresses I'll be okay until then I'm staying in from work for 4 days

Well... If I haven´t uploaded in a really long time is because college. It´s been making my life impossible after Easter with endless lessons (the last lesson in a subject is made of 61 pages), lots of homework, super long days (in Tuesday and Wednesday I´m there from 8 am to 8 pm) and bad organization by the university´s part (as always). I really want to write but until I finish the year is mission impossible. And the teachers don´t help either...
As for Tell your Tale... I´m in the same situation as you. The animation style did not attract me at all (too generic). To me it´s like Pony Life, something to entertain us until the next movie comes.

Well, people have their own opinions. I´d guess I would need context for that conversation. I mean, if someone commented that in my stories I´d be very bothered because I´m not harming anyone by writing alternate stories about Grogar. But I also understand that there are people that didn´t like the twist that are being toxic and constantly complaining about it or insulting the writers in their social media instead of making their own versions. In that case, I´d agree with whoever wrote that even though I´m still a bit mad about the twist.

Yeah besides I do understand as well I 'm also tired of seeing stuff or hearing stuff related to the twist, but you know people especially you and me are just so upset and bothered about the way the writers lied to us about Grogar and got us hyped for nothing and the fact that they ended Discord's character arc on a bad note without thinking of the consequences of how the fans would react and feel about the character and the finale. even if he had good intentions, he still put everypony (including Fluttershy!!!) in danger and the way treated the Mean 3 and Sombra as pawns and froze them in stone with the princesses and everypony forgets everything and he gets off Scott free was just hypocritical and cruel, that really stems away from the name of the title of the show, so yeah that's really hard to get over, especially when you keep seeing stuff people say about hating him and stories that involve him being punished by being turned back into stone, unforgiven, or bothered about the stuff he did in the past

Looking back, it was very painful for me. Discord and Fluttershy accompanied me and helped me a lot during my high school years and were and still are my comfort characters.
Soft female characters are usually portrayed as meek and submissive or are dismissed for not being strong or boring. But Fluttershy is proof that is not true. I finally saw someone with the same struggles I had and her sensitivity and kindness being played in a positive light. And to me, she´s the strongest character in MLP.
When I got into MLP, I was confused as to why Discord and Fluttershy were shipped (I didn´t know he had reformed) but I understood when I saw Twilight´s Kingdom. Seeing Discord making up for his mistake with so much responsability and remorse taught me that people can change for the better and that was because you gave them hope. He earned my love at that moment. Then, I saw Keep Calm and Flutter on, and I related to him so much because he had been bullied for being different. He doesn´t say that explicitly, but his reaction to Fluttershy calling him a friend says everything. He also made me laugh a lot, and taught me to be embrace my oddness, even though I´m still learning to do it.
However, I also noticed that the writers didn´t want to make him more vulnerable nor wanted to give him more depth. He was just the jerkish reformed villain, but I knew he was more than that. Even though I had my disappointments, I had hope that he´d be given a proper development at the end and Grogar´s introduction would have been a perfect chance. So yeah, I needed some time to conform to the twist. And seeing Discord hater posts hurts.
But as I always say, if it wasn´t for this twist, I wouldn´t have had the pleasure to write these stories! Before the finale I wanted to write Gusty the Great, but I didn´t know where to catch it, however the twist helped me to organize it better and that´s when I decided to write a smaller story and the write everything else. That´s how the confrontation was born! And then the pandemic happened and writing became a part of my routine, holding my mental health. And I also met you!
. So while not the finale we hoped for, it brought good things as well.
Sorry for the long post, but once I have food for thought, nothing stops me from talking

Yeah they even showed me that even though you're different or have different interests that still doesn't mean you can't be friends, like Twilight said the differences between each other are what makes a relationship or friendship stronger that's what Fluttershy and Discord represent
Even though some girls maybe shy and meek deep down they turn out to be the strongest, bravest and even have creative interests they just need to learn to bring it out more, at first I hardly thought about Fluttershy but after seeing how she countered Discord's manipulation and chose to befriend while reforming him I see she has more potential than ever also I know how it feels to have trouble speaking up or having to be so kind people would want to take advantage of you

What's wrong with giving him a little vulnerability and depth that just makes him a more better interesting character like in the comic with Luna, the only time I seen him shed tears was in Keep Calm and Flutter On

Honestly... I have no idea. I guess more work, from this university I expect anything. To give you an example they passed a questionaire to students whether they should move the recovery exams from september to july, (usually the final exams are in june and if you fail you get a second chance in september), and we said no but they didn´t listen to us and did it anyway.
It´s a music contest in which European countries participate. I´ve watched it since I was a kid and I always have a lot of fun, even though we usually end in the last positions. But this year was different and it was a treat to experence it!

Yeah, pretty much. The other day, we inaguarted a garden on our faculty and they told me that our career´s coordinator came to some classmates and asked them how they wer doing, and they started complaining and she said "ok ok, I won´t ask more!"
