I tried to proofread my first chapter myself, and I don't feel like it went so well. That is why i asked someone else to do it (Then failed horribly when trying to upload it in a fashion so they could see it without releasing it). So I hope you don't need me to do anything along those lines.
But as for just reading and giving my opinion... I'm game.
I just want some people to read it, give it a little publicity, only one chapter though sadly, I going to update on Christmas.

Just keep writing really. Even if it is just a page a night, try to always keep yourself writing
Try different scenarios, or short stories. One shots
Simple try to describe how it might feel standing at a mall, what you see. Test yourself, write new things that are out of your element.

I enjoyed this story so much that I wish I could favorite it more than one time. Your writing style is exquisite and you're one of the only people who portrays Lyra as she should be portrayed. I simply can't wait for more! Great job!
