The weather reports said it was clear and sunny skies all day, ‘A perfect day for flying!’

Yeah right...Well, I guess they weren’t entirely wrong. They just didn’t account for some newbies getting lazy with a storm heading somewhere else. 

Hindsight is 20/20 they say, and boy are they right. I guess I should have picked a better day to fly huh?

It's Applejack and Rainbow Dash's third wedding anniversary and after some planning and help from friends, Applejack has the perfect day planned out; starting with an early morning hot air balloon ride and a little extra surprise. While her wife may grumble about the early start, Applejack is sure she can turn her frown upside down when she sees the view they'll have.

It is said in every city, every town, there is a shop. No one knows how long that shop has been there, nor when it will disappear and inevitably reappear. This shop is filled with all sorts of knick-knacks, antiques, books, clothing; anything and everything you could ever want or need. The shop keeper is quiet yet friendly, glad to help in any way that is needed. Yet beyond the front, the snow globes and jewelry and bits and baubles, there is something more the owner can do for you.

All you need to know are the rules, how to ask, and a die.

This is an anthology series containing entries into the Quills and Sofas Speedwriting Group that are too short to publish on their own and I can't (or don’t want to) extend into 1,000 word stories.

Most of these will be unedited (other than typos and formatting) from what I originally submitted because, well, if I could edit and add a ton more I would be hitting the 1,000 word mark and publishing as a separate story lol.

(Edited as of August 23rd, 2020) Most of these entries will be E rated, but those who qualify for the T rating will have it in parenthesis with the chapter title - that also doubles as the title of the story. I’ll put in an authors note at the beginning which prompt it was for as well as any particular shoutouts to the awesome people at Quills and Sofas who may have helped with comments and formatting/grammar/spelling editing.

Celestia is happy. Thanks to Starlight Glimmer, she and Luna are closer than they have been in ages! They are eating breakfast together, talking more, and even helping each other out with court tasks. In short, everything is going great for Celestia.

Carrot Cake wasn't too sure about this 'blind date' business, but with his love life staler than weeks old pastry, it couldn't hurt to try, could it? And with the whole point of a blind date being you didn't know the other pony, particularly their past, well, it gave him a better chance at love.

It’s been a long time since the schoolyard election, the CMC’s cutie marks, and Diamond Tiara’s realization of the true meaning behind her own cutie mark. 

Young adults now, Diamond decides to go for it and finally ask out her foalhood crush, Apple Bloom. Only, there’s a little problem… Even though she’s gotten better and improved from a mean school bully, ponies are still wary of her. How will she prove to Apple Bloom she really has changed? Will they make it work, or was their love doomed from the start?

(This takes place just before the mlp season 9 epilogue where the CMC are adults, but have not yet started working at the school.)

In his grief, Discord earned a title of his own; the God of Chaos. How did it happen? And what of when two estranged lovers meet again?
