    Tape Deck's Mixtape: Track 48 (Yes #4 CTTE#2)

This next track on the Close To The Edge is also excellent, but is simultaneously unique.

    (This one's ten minutes.)

    "And You and I"
    I. "Cord of Life"
    II. "Eclipse"
    III. "The Preacher, the Teacher"
    IV. "The Apocalypse"

    Tape Deck's Mixtape: Track 47 (Yes #3 CTTE#1)

Okay, I'm going to be insane.

I'm pushing back the blog schedule further, and am going to post an entire album over the course of today, tomorrow, and Saturday.

    Don't worry, only three songs.

However, this one is 18 minutes and change long.

    But's it's entirely worth it.

    Tape Deck's Mixtape: Track 46 (Yes #2)

    Here come the JoJo references....

Never seen the show, but the memes are funny.

Became a Yes fan through other means.

"Roundabout" by Yes from the 1971 (yep, teo albums in one year!) album Fragile.

    Love this song.

Jon Anderson – lead and backing vocals

    Thank you.

To those followers of mine who've talked to me in a few longer PM's about personal feelings of mine cocerning things I don't care to mention here:

if you happen to read this blog post, you guys know who you are.

(I promise, anyone else who reads this, I am mentally sound. It's nothing like that at all. Neither is it anything inappropriate, but why should I even have to say that?)

Tape Deck's Mixtape: Track 45 (Yes #1) · 2:16pm Last Tuesday

Okay, until I obtain any new albums, this band is the last one that I haven't covered yet.

And YES, I am going to spend some extra time on it, like I did with ELO.

Good music is more important than anyone's sanity, especially my own.

Yes is the best progressive rock band. No question.

"Yours Is No Disgrace" by Yes from the 1971 album The Yes Album.

(Yes, (heh) that is the real name of the album.)

(This is important, there are quite a few lineup changes in this band, though people frequently come back after leaving.)

Jon Anderson – lead vocals, percussion
Chris Squire – bass guitars, vocals
Steve Howe – electric and acoustic guitars, vachalia, vocals
Tony Kaye – piano, organ, moog
Bill Bruford – drums, percussion

Dang, that was almost ten minutes long! It's a good thing I liked the song.

Yeah, Yes songs on average are longer than those of your typical band.

But there's a good selection of shorter ones too.

I love Jon anderson’s voice. He’s quite talented

Yes, very.

I ran into a guy in a YouTube comments section that did NOT agree once.

I mean, there was no standoff, he just didn't like him.

Music is subjective but I’m sure he’s in the minority.
