    CotLM Review/Progress update

Crusaders of the Lost Mark: the character development of an entire season's subplot, crammed into a single musical episode. Seriously, what happened in this episode, particularly with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, should've been spread out much further back in other CMC episodes. It would've felt much more natural in the end, made those episodes more interesting, and created a more solid arc to

    Need Help with Another Story

Lunar Apprentice readers, you have been my most reliable readers to turn to for feedback, so I'd like to call your attention to another of my stories, The World-Jumper. It's an HiE fic, with the protagonist (Jack West) intervening through the course of the series, starting with Mysterious Mare-Do-Well. I feel like the story has stagnated; I'm putting a lot of effort and consideration into

    Need opinions on World-Jumper

World-Jumper readers, Dazzled has so far turned out to be the story's worst overall release in terms of release-day views, and ever since Lord and Master I feel like the story has kind of stagnated. Lord and Master, Twilight of the Gods and Dazzled have received next to no critical response (read as: comments), and haven't garnered near as many favorites or follows as I'd expected. The shame of

    Need some help here

Readers of Lunar Apprentice and Night Terrors, I have neglected you, and I am very sorry for it. I want to keep this short: I'm having some lousy writer's block about where to take Night Terrors. I've got my beginning set up, I have a decent idea of where I want to end it, but the middle is giving me trouble. So I'm opening it up for spitballing; literally any ideas about where I should go from

Haphazardly raising my hand, I'd like to suggest a little bit of psychological warfare perhaps, the Elements seem stressed as is with everything going on, and then for them to suddenly realize that their unseen enemy appears to be everywhere they are would only bring them down more. To be precise, there seems to be a handful of places they would feel safe, protected. If they suddenly walked into the Canterlot throne room, or some guarded are of one of their 'safe havens' and found a dead guard or some sort of calling card from Luna's group, like the Shadowbolt insignia or some cryptic message or something, that'd rattle them. Dunno, like you said, spit-balling.
When you get down to it, this is really about Celestia Vs Luna on the macro-scale. So it'd be interesting to see a bit more from their perspective. Even if they're enemies, they're still sisters, and this is certain to cause quite a bit of pain for both of them. I'm sure all of the characters have their regrets in one thing or another. The gray on gray morality is always a fun place to explore.
Even a little more of the spaces between the fighting would be nice to see. Rainbow chilling with the Shadowbolts was a pretty fun scene for me.
All in all, I really do love this series and I'm glad you haven't abandoned it.

I like to see perspectives of Mane 5+1 (Dash + rest) on every war action. Also what Celestia and Nightmare Luna thinks about their doings is interesting too. Changes in country and society stability are always best part in such civil war/revolution events, so I gladly see descriptions of this in time. Srry for bad english.

Maybe something seemingly innocent like when CMC again crusading, them helping some "good friend" of Applejack or Rarity who in the end just asked fillies say "Hi!" to Mane6 from their "friendly neighbor"?

Personally I rather you crap chapter 2. I think it would be awesome if Dash accended from the last fight in Lunar Apprentice. And her actually wanting to kill the other mane 6 feels very OOC for her. They're misguided. They haven't seen Celestia as the tyrant. I think that's what you can do in the middle. Have Twilight start seeing Celestia as the tyrant. Start subtly but then increase.

As it stands Luna has the moral high ground.

You should actually involve Cadance in the story, like Dash killing her, or Luna talking to her...
Anyways, great story, one of my favorites after The Lunar Apprentice...

3801631 Oh dear... I suppose if Twilight never got the chance to find/rescue her from Chrysalis, she's still trapped in the caves. I wonder if I could do something with that...

3801639 You could make a riot of townsfolk against Celestia like in Assassins Creed trailer
