1. The Thule That Came To Manehattan
Year 1000 C.R (Celestia's Reign)
It's the night before The Summer Sun Celebration and there is evil at work.... A madness plagued group of sorcerers seeks to resurrect an ancient demigod that nearly plunged Equestria into darkness one-thousand years ago. And it is Dr. Folklore who is the first stallion on the scene.... And he wonders.... If this is the start of a new age? Or the end of life as we know it?

2. Crimson Piers
Year 997 C.R (Celestia's Reign)
In the cold Baltimare nights, the piers of Horseshoe Bay be stirring. For screams of lament and anguish can be heard.... Not from the streets... but from the ocean itself. The sailors and dockworkers of Baltimare say that it is the agony of the restless dead, washing ashore from the Ocean of Atlas, calling for help.... The city of Baltimare and the griffon owned Salt Lick fishing company, decide to bring in an expert from the "Horus Investigations & Ethereal Consultation Co.", to put an end to such claims. Little do they know that what is coming to Baltimore, is no mere tall tale.

3. Golden Dagger Blues
Year 993 C.R (Celestia's Reign)
The University of Athena is having a problem. They were expecting a shipment containing relics that were slated to be studied by Prof. Clay Brick. What was unknown to the university at the time, is that the items were smuggled, and that "Brick" made deals and promises to some very unsettling individuals. In their desperation, and their desire to not allow the press or the police to know of the scandal. They call upon two of their former alumni. Doctors, Archive Key Yearling & Arcanum Folklore. Both of whom had only achieved their respective titles only a couple of years ago. Can the duo find the relics? And more importantly, should they?

4. Restless Tracks
Year 994 C.R (Celestia's Reign)
Several kilometer of the outskirts of Manehattan, lies a small rundown house next to the abandoned tracks of a long discontinued railroad that once belonged to the "Iron Carriage Co." back in in the 970's. (Know in Albion, as the Queen Victorious era.) Rumors run amok about lights appearing out of thin air in the middle of the night, leading ponies astray. In the wake of this, Dr.Folklore investigates and learns that he is hardly the only lost soul wandering around.

5. The Price of Ascension
Year 994 C.R (Celstia's Reign)
Dr. Folklore is sent an unusual invitation to a demonstration by an as of yet unknown party. When secrets are revealed, and dangerous magic runs amok Folklore is forced to go to his once mentor Dr. Bronze Savage and his friends for help. What will they loose to stop the workings of a mad-pony, and will it be the last time that mad-pony is seen?

6. First Flight!
Year 988 C.R (Celestia's Reign)
The test flight of Mr.Hangar's, Project: Icarus. His test pilot "Wrench" tells Hangar that "That has to be the worst name imaginable....". Hangar in response replied. "Lady luck loves the tease of irony, Wrench. In all honesty, we could use her blessing."

7. Daring Do, The Shadow & Lady Sight in.... The Hollow Earth!
Year 995 C.R (Celestia's Reign)
Archive Key Yearling, Arcanum Folklore and Zecora, follow Dr. Ascension to the ruins of the Hyborean city of Urrasan. A place that both Folklore and Zecora never wished to see again. Yearling reminds them what's at stake here. And they find whats left of the Golden Equines. Is the city going to give endless wisdom? Or is it only going to show them all a cautionary tale of what happens when ponies play with powers far beyond their comprehension?

Among this I wanted to also to make "Urassan". Folklore's recollection of his time in the Sheba-Gallic War, a brutal depiction of World War 1 style desert warfare, and how magic would actually make it worse and not better. Also serves as an origin story for Zecora. It would take place around late 984 till early 988 Celestia's reign, or 16 years before the show, till 12 years before the show.

(Folklore himself actually joining the Gallic Foreign Legion at 19.)

So my point is that I have some ideas. And that in the end I will also make the following.

12. The Burning of Dagon
Year 3 Luna's Return
Twenty years ago Innsmouth was thought to have been destroyed by freakish seismic activity followed by flooding. Thought to have been wiped of the Mareachusets map, and by extension the map of Equestria. In a startling discovery involving the O.S.S's (Occult Science Service) investigation of a crazed submariner Equine like creature of the coast of Manehattan, Innsmouth still exists and it belongs to an organization known as the Esoteric Order of Dagon. At this discovery by order of Princess Luna the O.S.S. would go to the town, along with a few ships from the allied nation of Albion Navy. And along with that connections to an ancient being that lies underneath the Pacific Ocean near Antarctica and the old corruption of Princess Luna and Nightmare Moon are uncovered.

13. The Crawling Chaos
Year 3 Luna's Return
In a temple in the jungles of the Wild Lands south of Equestria there is a gateway from there to the Land of the Nile Kemet in north Zebrica. Discovered by Archive Key Yearling (Daring Do), she believes that there was a connection between the ponies from Kemet and the formation of the civilizations that came and went in the Wild Lands, including the Olmec's, the Maya, and the Aztec. But upon further study there is a mention in the two distinct parts of the world, of something called The Black. Yearling calls upon her former colleague and director of the O.S.S. (Occult Science Service) Dr. Arcanum Folklore to come with a squad armed to the teeth. Something ancient once afflicted the world and it lies under the Great Pyramid of Giza imprisoned for eternity, the key to that prison is in the Wild Lands underneath Equestria. What will it take for the past to remain buried?

14. Consequence of Yog-Sothoth
5 Luna's Return
Sorcerers Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst experiment in an underground laboratory in the mountains near the Crystal Empire Citadel. There they research the possibilities of a ruined a relic created by the Hyperborean Wizard Eibon, and consider if it truly is possible to travel the stars with such an artifact. But as researches disappear, and turn up dead in the frozen tundra, it becomes evident they have attracted something that is killing sorcerers in unfathomable ways. There is only one thing in common between all of them, they have all been in contact with Starlight Glimmer. After the incident, Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst disappear, leaving behind a note that says.
"Beware the angles and corners, for form there come the things that reside in to corner of your eye. Those things want me, so do not come looking for me. The Crystal Empire will only be safe as long as I'm away. Twilight thank you for forgiving me, it was more than I deserved, I'm sorry for everything."
In lieu of this, Consort Shining Armor and Princess Cadance make a decision to call upon Celestia and Luna. Luna bringing forward a mysterious occultist by the name of Arcanum Folklore and his organization the O.S.S. (Occult. Science. Service.) clamming that he has knowledge of what Starlight Glimmer is trying to lead away from civilization.
