Twilight Sparkle has a new experimental treatment to try out on Screwy's psychosis. A successful result could lead to a cure for dozens of similarly-afflicted ponies.

After another day of helping patients at Ponyville General, Nurse Redheart heads for home. But on along the way, she runs into an old friend, Tough Talker, now disheveled, disoriented, and battered, lying within an alleyway. Thus after taking him home, getting him nourished, well-fed, and cleaned up, Redheart learned something tragic from Tough Talker: that he had a severe estrangement from a close friend he has known for years. A month had passed since that time and Tough Talker's life has gone on a chaotic downward spiral. Can Redheart help mend her old friend's broken heart? Can she lift Tough Talker of out his depression?

This is my tribute to all nurses everywhere around the world for serving and helping those in great need, both on and off the field.

It is also a tribute to all those diagnosed with autism, Asperger's syndrome, and ADHD, especially those who struggle in real life.

Nurse Redheart has had too many long days and weary nights, too many lost causes to care for. And one cold winter's night, she finally reaches the breaking point, questioning whether her career has been truly worth it.

But tonight, she receives an unexpected visitor, one who will help restore her hopes.

Nurse Redheart had a stressful job, mostly due to her self isolation from most of the staff. She's one of the best surgeons in equestria, but will she be able to fix the heart of a injured changeling filly. She soon finds the some wounds can't be seen, but must be felt... Kinda like internal bleeding.

When Cadance and Shining Armor are out of town and a monster threatens the Crystal Empire, it's up to its citizens (and tourists!) to take matters into their own hooves.

Nurse Redheart must find somepony to hug to save the empire.
