Equestria has known Peace for many many years, the last true disaster among them being the invasion of Chrysalis, though they have known nothing like what is coming now. An Evil thought to have been permanently sealed away has broken free. The Elements won't be enough to stop this evil, something more is needed, but what? The answer seems to drop itself directly into our heros Hooves in the form of an Alicorn, a Unicorn, and an Earth pony. All three dressed in strange clothes and carrying even stranger weapons. One such weapon is the Keyblade. With these strange ponies by their side will the Elements be able to defeat the heartless?

SIDENOTE: This story takes from several others, one such story is Past Sins and Doctor Who (The Doctor, Doctor Hooves, etc) with a small throwback to Harry Potter just because I can :D And obviously Kingdom Hearts

Also this story is due for a 'rewrite' with better details, probably more chapters and to not be so rushed. I didn't want to lose the idea and rushed this entire story, but now that the whole idea is out there I can go back and write it out the way it should be written. So keep an eye out for that :D Also this is the Prequel to New Beginnings

Spike had been instructed by his mentor Twilight Sparkle to stay away from his longtime crush, Rarity, but when he disobeys her and starts helping Rarity at her dress shop, they grow closer than ever. Eventually the truth will come out. Will he be rejected, or will Rarity return his feelings?
Sparity. Implied Dash/Fluttershy. Moody Teenage!Spike. Awkward!Twilight. (A lot of Mean!Twilight). Humanized!Everyone. Some sexual references (THANK YOU, Rainbow Dash, that's quite enough), some legal drinking. Set after the show, so everyone is quite a bit older.

Friendship, does it come from the mind, or the heart? Well when Equestria's concentration of light from the kindness in everypony it attracts some dark creatures known as the Heartless. When the land is threatened by these monsters it maybe all up to the Elements of Harmony to fight off these creatures and save Equestria!

(Chapters after 5 are named after the boss type heartless that show up. Maybe in the future I will add a picture or something of what I'd like them to look like)

Rainbow Dash finally did it! A sonic rainboom on command! Except she also managed to break every window in Applejack's farmhouse in the process. Now she has to pay for each one, and with her wages from managing the weather not nearly enough to cover the damage, she has to work on Applejack's farm for two whole weeks!
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment. Still, maybe it wouldn't be all bad. At least she would get to hang out with her friend AJ right? Wrong.

If you're worrying that I'm going to break characters by introducing Kingdom Hearts characters into the pony universe, don't. There won't be any Kingdom Hearts characters in this story, except for the Heartless, and there won't be any traveling between worlds. Given the option, I wouldn't even even call it a proper crossover. It's more like the Kingdom Hearts mythology applied to the MLP universe.
