This story is a sequel to The God Empress of Ponykind

One thousand years ago, Luna, Warmistress of Equestria and sister of Empress Celestia, fell to the powers of Chaos and plunged Equestria into a brutal civil war. The Traitors were defeated, but not before Luna made the ultimate sacrifice and was sealed away in the Immaterium with only the soul of a slain Primarch to keep her company. For a millennium she has been locked away, waiting for a chance to return to her home and her sister.

Now, she has been freed from the Immaterium, and as she takes her first steps in a new Equestria, one ruled by the powers of Harmony, only one question remains:

Does Equestria still need the services of a Warmistress?

Twilight Sparkle isn�t dead.

But she's not exactly alive either, and there�s only one pony who can see her, can hear her, can prove that Twilight still exists. Unfortunately for Twilight, or perhaps fortunately, that pony is a certain pink baker and party planner.

In a bout of boredom, Twilight Sparkle decides to make a clockwork automaton. When she tries to give it limited sentience, enough to follow basic instructions, she is more than a little shocked to discover that she has inadvertently put the soul of a living being within...

Now, Twilight has to cope with a living machine.

When your life is as dull a gray as the world that surrounds you, the mundanities can make it all seem meaningless. Sometimes we need a couple drugs -- or six -- and maybe a pegasus, to reintroduce us to what truly makes life worth living.

Ambushed. Defeated. Broken. Banished from his world, he expected his story to end, his revenge unfulfilled. Instead, he found himself in a new world - a world of peace, tranquility, and harmony.

May God help them.

Twilight can't stand all the incessant, nagging comments that pop up on her pPad, constantly seeing notices from off the Ponynet, and she clicks through to upgrade both Chrome and Firefox. After the programs crash in the oddest way, Twilight feels that she's truly had enough. She enacts a spell that transports her into the electronic world inside of her device. She enjoys exploring the special place for a short while, but she then gets a shocking surprise that forever changes what she thought of those two browsers.

I got this idea from loyal readers Sir Lionheart Angel and Dragon Emperor Geon. Many things to my great pal MuzzledElk for making this all possible. This story is currently rated 'teen' for 'not yet', and I plan some tasteful consummation of love later on. I also hope that people don't mind my gratuitous references to the Eurovision Song Contest. Something landed on the surface of Mars on August Sixth, 2012. At the time, Twilight Sparkle happened to be staring up into the sky, and a metallic glint caught her eye.

What choice did she have but to visit it? Perhaps taking her friends along for the ride was a bad idea, though. Letting Dash near the salt certainly was.
