Octavia has had enough. Enough of the selfishness, enough of the hurt, and...maybe enough of Vinyl Scratch. After telling her she was going to miss her concert, again, the earth pony calls their friendship off. Now, it's up to DJ Pon3 to let her best friend go or fight tooth and hoof for their friendship. But with everything getting in her way, will she be able to make it? Or is one of them going to need a new place to call home?

Rainbows at night. Strange apparitions in the sky. Seismic disturbances. Bizarre rumors.

Twilight Sparkle is determined to get to the bottom of this mystery.

Trixie hates a lot of things, including, but not limited to, high school students, malls, shopping, pretty much everyone else in general, and zombies. It's just her luck that all of these things would combine into one massive amalgamation of annoyance and lumbering death. Fortunately it's not all bad. At least now she can finally take out her anger in a productive way, by smashing zombie heads with a guitar and killing all the people that ever annoyed her.

Due to an editing/publishing error, all of Twilight's friends have now 'officially' died of old age. This leaves an immortal Twilight to grieve over the tragedy of how she outlived all of her friends and will continue to do so for the rest of her eternal life.

Seeing the obvious pain that this news is having on Twilight, Princess Celestia moves to console her with the help of her supposedly-but-actually-not-really-deceased friends.

However, after she encounters an interesting individual - one that she didn't even know she'd see again - working at Canterlot High, she finds herself with an even bigger problem: figuring out how to, by some miracle, have a date at Senior Prom not go horribly wrong.
