Crossover with the Buffyverse, taking place the year after the Angel finale and a few weeks after Friendship Games. Twilight has been adjusting to her new situation with Sunset's help. When a new student named Dawn Summers arrives at Canterlot High, the Mane Seven begin to uncover a dark connection between their new friend and the mysterious fates of Sunnydale and Los Angeles. Now they must work to keep their own magical secret.

What are the Elements of Harmony? Along the road to answers, everything thought to be known about magic will be brought into question. Sunset and Twilight are going to need all the help they can get.

Discord wakes up from a nightmare, and finds himself to be confused. Twilight finds out what it means, but it could be the end of equestria as they knew it. With the other princesses gone, Twilight and her friends find themselves to be separated from each-other. With the help of her student and a good friend, Twilight tries to make sense of it. The elements are surprised to find that everything they had fought against had returned, vengeance set on the minds of their fiends.

(Fic takes place after season 5 and The Friendship Games)

Sunset Shimmer's life has been on the up and up. She turned from her past, made new friends, and is now passing the magic of friendship to others, including this world's Twilight Sparkle.

Which is why, of course, this is all just a mistake. Things got a little out of hand, but it's over now. So now they can just move past this. Why, it'll be a funny story to tell in a few months.

Sunset find's herself being targeted by the students of the school because of her recently failed attempt to enslave all of them. Running her regular checkups, Twilight visits Sunset when she's at her lowest. and picks her up with some kinds words of inspiration.

For the Rainbooms, the Battle of the Bands was a day of triumph. They'd stopped a trio of evil sirens, saved the school again, and helped their newest friend regain the trust of Canterlot High.

For the Dazzlings, though, it was far from a day of triumph. It was a day of shattered dreams, of weakness and the beginning of hunger.
