Happens sometime after "Equestria Girls: Friendship Games Remake", based on the "Reflections" arc of the MLP comic, but has significant differences. Sunset Shimmer and Human Twilight and Pinkie Pie working together manage to create a trans-dimensional portal and end up travelling to another universe along with the rest of the Humane Six. In this universe, they encounter evil versions of Principal Celestia, Vice Principal Luna (both granted super-powers via stolen technology) and the Humane Six themselves. The seven heroes ally themselves with the resistance against the principals-turned-super-tyrants (resistance led by the Mirrorverse Sunset Shimmer, who never turned evil) in order to save both worlds.
Villains: Evil versions of Principal Celestia, Vice Principal Luna and the Humane Six.

With the main 6 never meeting one another causing Nightmare Moon to succeed her goal. She is now the new ruler of Equestria with Celestia being banished to the moon and Twilight Sparkle never becoming the Princess of Friendship she is the only alicorn in Equestria until one day a pegasus pony manages to turn herself into an alicorn her name is Mi Amore Cadenza but everypony calls her Cadance. Cadance misses the joy the day is able to bring therefore she is determined to bring the day back. She knows she isn't powerful enough to take on the ruler of the Night but would she be able to reach the love that lies deep within Nightmare Moon? Or will she fail? After all Nightmare Moon her dream has come true the eternal night that will last forever.

An alicorn who wishes to repair a friendship in any way possible finds herself aboard Equestria's largest space station. Her goal is to keep things friendly with her old friend, to avoid relapsing into the past and ending up alone. As Twilight attempts to fix the fence, the station becomes contaminated.

There is an Organism...big, relentless, aggressive, and extremely deadly that arrives on the once friendly station, causing chaos and turning the friendly atmosphere into a war zone. Twilight, who has no experience in mechanics or maintenance, has to fix the station.

Watch Twilight as the hunt begins, as ponies turn on one another, and as a friendship slowly begins to crumble. Could you tell me how long it would take you to...sign out?

When Twilight takes a trip to Canterlot to see Cadence's ultrasound, she gets the shock of her life. Celestia has chosen a new personal student. The news sends her into a world of unknown fear and worry, forcing questions into her head. Will she be forgotten, has the distance between her and her teacher become too great, and how can she deal with that fear. With the help of her friends, she will learn a special something about mothers.
