A week has passed since the Friendship Journal was published. After all the insanity that came with it, most of the Mane 6's lives have returned to normal...save for Pinkie.

She hates all the attention she's gotten from it, even if she really is "the Funny One". Desperate to get all those annoying fans in her mane, she comes to one solution. It will be horrible and maybe even painful, but it has to be done. Hopefully, it works.

Discord has faded out of existence, leaving Fluttershy stranded at his home in the Realm of Chaos. Now alone, she recounts her journey through the Realm to find her way back home again. Along the way, she will discover her own strength, and that things in the Realm are almost never what they appear to be...

This short story tells what happened after the episode, Fame and Misfortune and how all the ponies outside the Friendship Castle handled themselves.

For once in their life, the Mane 6 desperately ask for Spike's advice.

Cheerilee always thought she had something special with Big Macintosh, at least ever since that love poison fiasco a few Hearts and Hooves Days ago. But when word seeps out that Big Mac has found a new romantic partner in form of a baker named Sugar Belle, Cheerilee is devastated.

Struggling to come to terms with this revelation, Cheerilee tries to convince herself that this development is for the best. But then she's suddenly surprised when Big Mac shows up after school, in order to confess something rather important to her.

But is the confession what Cheerilee thinks it is?
